The music blared through speakers as Hoseok shouted at them, the seven sweaty boys stared at themselves through the mirror finding errors and fixing it before Hoseok shouted at them. At any other time, the others would wonder if Hoseok was actually an alpha but when it came to dancing, everyone could see he was born to be an alpha.
The song ended and they all slumped as the room was filled with their hurried panting, "It's better but some of you are falling behind at certain beats which you realize after a bit and then speed up making our entire performance fall apart."
Everyone groaned as Hoseok walked over to start the song over again, "Can't we stop? I mean we have all the right steps down all we need is the timing which we can work on tomorrow," Jeongguk asked.
Hoseok snapped his face over at Jeongguk and in seconds, he had Jeongguk's sweaty shirt in his grasp and their faces were too close for comfort. His eyes were red and his scent came out in a thick cloud making Jeongguk flinch at the overpowering scent of peaches and bread.
"Tomorrow, we're going to be working on singing and rapping while dancing. I can't have you guys not moving at the right time and doing that now can I?" Hoseok growled out and Jeongguk swallowed nervously.
"I just, hyung, we've been at this for hours. Some of us need breaks," Jeongguk replied softly and Hoseok let go of him and turned to the others.
"Who wants to stop right now?"
No one moved and Jeongguk felt his stomach curl, he expected at least one other person to say something. Hoseok turned to look at him but Jeongguk had already moved back to his formation and hung his head in a form of submission.
"From the top and we'll go until someone wants to interrupt me again or we get it right."
The music started again and the sounds of squeaking shoes filled the dance room and the shouting continued. The practice was brutal and only came to a stop when Jimin fell, everyone quickly rushed to the beta's side.
"Jimin-ah, are you okay?" Namjoon asked as everyone looked at the red-faced beta.
"Oh, yeah. Just tired," Jimin muttered out and Hoseok rushed to get him water which he slowly drank.
"Is it okay if I go back to the dorm? I don't feel so good," Jimin asked Hoseok who nodded.
"I'll take him," Namjoon and Taehyung said in unison which made Hoseok tisk his tongue.
"You two still haven't gotten it right, Jeongguk will take him back home and make sure he doesn't get worse, the rest of you will continue practicing," Hoseok said to the group.
The omega who's eyes opened as wide as saucers when he heard of his task, "I-I've never taken care of anyone like this, why can't someone else do it?" Jeongguk asked in a panic and Hoseok glared at him making him duck his head.
"Because you're the only person who doesn't need help, it's not like he's going to die. He just needs some rest, times like this make me wish we had an omega since they are naturally good healers," Hoseok said as he walked away and Jeongguk glanced at Taehyung who looked at him as well before looking away and acting as though he had never looked at the maknae.
Jeongguk glanced over at Seokjin who seemed to bite back a smile as he looked anywhere but at Jeongguk. The youngest wondered how Hoseok would react if he found out that there were not one but two omegas in the group.
"Come on, hyung," Jeongguk murmured as he carefully helped Jimin up and held him up.
"Can you guys bring our stuff home?" Jeongguk asked and Seokjin gave him a thumbs up which made him smile before he made his way out of the room with Jimin talking about how weird the buildings looked when they swirled which made the younger very concerned.
