i've been livin in the capital for 9 years. finick and i "work" around the capital. we were offerened money for your "job" but we refused. i chose to get paid in my my brothers safety. finnick chose secrets. one night finnick and i were chillin in my apartment.

"i can't believe they let them both win!" finnick said angeryl. i sighed and sat next to him.

"i heard that they were getting married." a maid said pouring our drink. we rolled our eyes. as we drank an. announcement on tv came on from the capital. finnick ushered away the maids.

finnick and i watched silently as they announcing the quarter quell. and we lost our shit. you get it.

"this is president snow. it's that time again where we put victor against victor. i'm sure you all remember the 50th games. no new children will be drawn to fight. it shall be the victors that are drawn. two from every district. we are very excited to announce the quarter quell in the 75%! hunger games. may the odds be ever in your favor"
