In temple away from Fuyuki city we can see man opening his eyes. He was wearing armor giving aura of royalty and general in one.

Male opened his eyes and it could be seen that their color was like someone mixed blue and golden with slits full of confidence, pride, wisdom and kindness with air of authority around him which demanded respect. This is Naruto, First Hero and Emperor of Japan who's power was greater than that of Gods and husband of Amaterasu, who was summoned as Ruler in Fourth Holy Grail War.
''This war will be interesting.'' Said Naruto and started walking forward with steps which would make humans of modern kneel before him.
He snapped with his fingers and his armor changed into clothes of modern era. He now wore blue shirt, long jacket, pants and shoes. He started walking down the stairs until he came to an exit.
''Though it's a shame I won't be able to fight.'' Said Naruto.
Timeskip
We can see now Naruto walking around Fuyuki with sun shining in the sky, but most on him like it's showing affection towards him. Naruto spent rest of day walking around, visiting various shops and talking with people which was pleasant for him and people he talked with. But he also heard that children are getting kidnapped almost every night which angered him. To think somebody is kidnapping his precious children. If you are wondering why he called them his children, it's because to him all people living here in Japan are his children no matter how old someone is. Back to current situation, if Servant is responsible for this, he will have to take care of him or her.
Now it was already night with all streets being empty while people were in their homes. Naruto was walking around now being alarmed since night is time when Holy Grail War start.
But then he sensed one Servant sending a call or invitation as some would call it to other Servants meaning all Servants will be there.
He changed into his armor with sword on his waist and rushed towards area where first fight will happen. As Ruler, he must make sure that rules are followed and no people get in the crossfire.
Small Timeskip
Naruto, who decided to hide, was watching fight between Saber and Lancer. And thanks to his ability as Ruler, he was able to find out their true names. Artoria Pendragon, King of Knights, and Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, knight of Fianna.
But then he was amused when Rider, Alexander The Great or Iskandar, appeared with his Master Waver Velvet and shouted out his name for all to hear. What almost made him laugh was when Alexander offered Arturia and Diarmuid to join his army to which both knights rejected him.
And then he sensed divine aura appearing. He turned his attention towards light pole when a Servant appeared on top of it. It was a beautiful woman with golden hair going to her butt, crimson eyes with black slits, pale skin and body most of women would kill themselves to have a body like that. (Just fem Gilgamesh)
