"Callum!" His eyes began to open. "Callum, wake up!" Now fully open, his eyes adjusted to the face of a rather old man. "Callum, you're finally awake!" The old man's voice sounded quite croaky, but innocent. Callum looked around. He was tightly tucked into soft, light-blue sheets. The room, neat and bright, had a very medicinal smell. "Callum!" Callum, once again, looked at the old man. "Hello, I'm Dr. Pepper!" Pepper said. Callum remained still. "I know, I know," Dr. Pepper chuckled, "'Dr. Pepper'. Is that supposed to be a joke? No my name is Arnold Pepper." Callum sat up, and scratched the back of his head. While doing so, he noticed that stitches had been sewn on the back of his head. He concentrated on Dr. Pepper, "Where am I?" Callum asked. "You're at the hospital, Callum." Pepper replied. "Callum, who's Callum?" Callum questioned Dr. Pepper. A long pause persisted. "That would be you, Callum. That's your name! Do you remember?" Callum, perplexed, replied, "No. No, I don't remember anything." "I'm afraid you have amnesia, Callum." Pepper stated. "Amnesia?" Callum asked. "Yes, Callum. You've forgotten everything about your life up until now. And it sadly may be permanent." Callum froze. "I see." Callum planted his face in his hands. "Would you like me to go and get you anything?" Pepper recommended. "Maybe some tea or coffee?" Callum ignored him. "I'll be with you later, you just rest and watch some TV." Pepper exited the room and left Callum to his own devices.
Later, Callum was watching BBC One on the mounted TV, the newscast had just came on. The rundown of today's news was your usual; politicians caught in scandals, war, etc. But then, Callum witnessed something he didn't expect to see. "YouTube sensation, Callum Adams has woke from his coma today after several weeks in the hospital." A picture of his face had appeared on the TV. Shocked, Callum threw the sheets off of him and raced out of the room. In front of him was a toilet door, he swung it open and ran inside. He looked at himself in the mirror, and there he was. Callum Adams in the flesh. After running out, he bumped into Dr. Pepper. "Doctor!" "Yes?" Pepper replied. "What is YouTube?" Callum asked. "Well, it's this thing on the computer where you can watch videos." Pepper informed. "Can you show me YouTube?" Callum asked. Dr. Pepper said, "Why of course! Come with me!" Callum, towering among everyone he walked by, followed the short Dr. Pepper to his office. One patient who walked by stopped in her steps. "Oh my god! Are you that Callum's Corner bloke from YouTube?" Callum stopped to converse with her. "I think so." Callum replied. He smirked at the thought of being famous. "Yes! I'm a huge fan of your YouTube channel! Weren't you in a coma?" Callum told her, "Yes, I just come out of it today. I think I have amnesia though. I can't remember a thing." The fan, shocked, said, "Oh my god! Would you like me to show you your YouTube channel?" Callum replied, "That would be great!" "Here!" The fan flipped out her phone and went on YouTube. Dr. Pepper asked Callum, "What's happening?" Callum said, "I think she's about show me my YouTube channel. Whatever that is."
The fan showed Callum his YouTube homepage. "This is your channel." She swiped down. "And these are all your videos." "Could you go on one?" Callum asked. "Of course!" The fan replied. She went on the most popular video, which was titled 'MY HEAD DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A SODDING TIC TAC. A FINAL WARNING'. In it, Callum was ranting at all the people mocking his head shape. Callum himself couldn't help but laugh at how peculiar he was acting. "What an idiot I am. And that video has been seen by 4 million people?" "Yes," the fan said, "you're proper famous!" Dr. Pepper, seemingly frustrated at waiting around, asked, "Would you two like to continue this in one of your rooms? I have a lot of work to do." In unison, both of them said "yes." The two went back down to Callum's room.
