This just happened

Chapter two- the arrival

As we got closer to the house my mother ask me to put a blindfold on. She handed me the blindfold. "Why do I need to wear this mum." I said looking at her with an confused face. "Just cause I said and it is a surprise. She said grinning. "Ok just for you then." I said covering my eyes with the fold. As we drove down the road I didn;t know what to expect when we got to the new place, was it a little house in the city, a farm house or a house on the beach. We drove down this long bumpy road then we came to a stop. "Well we are here." My mother said with an excited tone in her voice. "Can I take the blindfold off now." I said with a hint of eager in my voice. "Not yet, ok." Mum said helping me out of the car "Ok" I replied. As my mother walked me to some part of the house she then told me to take the fold off, as I slowly removed the fold I could see what looked like a huge garage but then my eyes widened to see a thoroughbred pinto horse standing right in front of me. "Is he mine." I said walking closer to the horse with excitment flowing through my body. "Yes he is all your's Hayden, I though you would love him." My mother said crossing her arms and smiling at me. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." I said running over to my mum hugging her tightly. "It's ok but you must take care of him he is all your's." Mum replied to me as she walked back to the truck to start unpacking. As I turned around back to facing my horse I saw a tall guy about the same age as me with sparkling blue eyes, coyboy hat and riding gear on. "Howdy there I'm Tate I'm here to help you guys out on the farm." He said walking over to me. "Hey I'm Hayden, nice riding gear by the way." I said trying not to blush. "Thanks, well I'll show you around."He said walking me into the stables. "Ok." I reply following him around
