Living at Orochimaru's hideout wasn't that bad. She got to stay with Sasuke and monitor the enemy all at once. Not only that she got to mess with Kabuto practically everyday. As the years passed Sasuke grew stronger and his heart darker. Kagome also grew stronger and pushed passed her former limits. Exactly 3 years had passed and.
The hideout exploded.
Sasuke stood at the top of the large and newly formed crater. He held a petite women women in his arms.
Naruto looked up at his long lost rival.
"Sasuke!" He yelled.
There was a long pause before anyone spoke. The renovated team 7 looked up at the couple above them. Their breaths caught in there throat.
"Sasuke!" Sakura yelled next.
The miko in Sasuke's arms stirred slightly and moved in her sleep.
"Hello," the Uchiha finally spoke. "Naruto."
Sasuke then put the miko down. He jumped down the corridor and in front of Naruto.
"Hey!" Inuyasha yelled at Kagome. "It's time to get up!"
"Oh shut up," Kagome rolled to the side.
She then felt like she was falling.
"You still wanna sleep," Inuyasha asked as he leaned against an invisible wall.
Kagome nodded.
"Your falling down a cliff!" Inuyasha yelled in frustration.
Kagome was then brought back to reality. She looked around and found herself actually falling off a cliff. She quickly brought out her claws and plunged them into the rock. She then took her foot and pressed it against the wall of stone. She slid down a few more feet before finally being able to stop her fall.
"Unbelievable." Inuyasha slapped his forehead with the palm of his hand in exasperation, from within the Miko's mind.
She was confused as hell when she saw two of her old teammates and another two ANBU fighting Sasuke.
"How the hell did they even find this place?" Kagome muttered to herself.
Sasuke jumped back and grabbed Kagome from the side of the cliff. He held her by the waist and made his way to the top of the crater.
"No Sasuke! Wait!" Naruto yelled after the Uchiha.
'Did Naruto even think about me while I was gone,' Kagome questioned.
"Goodbye Naruto."
