18:Christmas Party

Nayeon's POV

It was after classes,Me and Jihyo decided to study at the library,since tomorrow is the first day of the exams.

"Hey Jihyo, are you excited for party?"I asked.

"Ofcourse, I really couldn't wait."Jihyo said.

Suddenly Chaeyoung popped out of nowhere.

"Yooo, what you guys talkin about?"Chaeyoung asked.

Me and Jihyo was startled, while he just laughed.

"Geez, Chae you scared us."Jihyo said.

"I'm sorry hehe, I didn't mean to."Chaeyoung said with a smile.

I then noticed that he isn't with Jeongyeon and Hara.

"Where is Jeongyeon and Hara?"I asked.

"Ah, Hara went home early since she told me she had a private tutor waiting for her while Jeongyeon when to the bathroom."Chaeyoung said.

I nodded while Chae sat with us, while we continued to study.

It was then I saw Jeongyeon coming towards us.

"Hey, Jeongyeon."I said while waving at him.

He smiled and waved back but he looked kinda sad.

"Glad you're finally here hyung, come on let's study together with them."Chaeyoung said.

"Sure,I am actually pretty nervous."Jeongyeon said as he sat down.

We all studied togther but, I could see that Jeongyeon wasn't his usual self.

It was then getting late so we all decided to go home,Jihyo already went home,so it was just us three left.

"Hey, Chae Ahjusshi just texted me, he couldn't pick us up today, since he was taking care of his sick wife."Jeongyeon said.

"Welp,I guess were walking home then."Chaeyoung said with a sigh.

"I'm walking too, let's go together."I said.

"Ohh, cool let's go then!"Chaeyoung exclaimed.

Chaeyoung was ahead of us, so it was just me and Jeongyeon walking together.

"Are you okay Jeongyeon? You seem...quiet today?"I asked.

"Ah, am I? I'm sorry Nayeon, I guess it's just the cold weather I'm not feeling well."He said.

I then looked at his hand and hold it.

"N-Nayeon?What are you doing?!Jeongyeon said looking startled.

"You said, you feel down because of the weather,well back then Jihyo used my hands to warm up so maybe that could help."I said trying to cheer him up.

He sighed and I could feel his hands holding mine tighter.

"I guess, I will If you don't mind?"He asked looking kinda flustered.

"I won't mind at all."I smiled.

After the exams.

I am really excited for the party.

I was getting ready, I wore a cute red dress,a long light brown jacket,black shoes,and a small bag.

I was heading to the party and it was amazing, apparently the winning class of the sports day event decided to spend some of the money for the party.

There I saw Jihyo together with Chaeyoung and Hara.

"Nayeon,WOAH!! you look great."Jihyo exclaimed.

"Yeah, Hyung really did a good job teaching you."Chaeyoung said with a smile.

"Thanks,where is Jeongyeon?"I asked.

"Well Chae here just actually arrived and told us that he couldn't come."Hara said sadly.

"Why?What happenend to him is he okay Chae?"I said worriedly as I shake him.

"C-Calm d-down Nayeon-ah, he told me he is not feeling well t-that's w-why he couldn't come."He answered.

I stopped shaking him.

"I'll be outside for a while."I said while they just nodded.

I looked at the stars and sighed.

"I really hope he is fine."I thinked to myself.

"Are you okay? Nayeon?"said a familiar voice.

"M-Minhyuk?! What are you doing back here?"I asked.

"I just wanted some fresh air."he said.

It was quiet, when he then spoke.

"You looked sad, you know the party inside is really fun you should go in there and have fun."Minhyuk said.

"R-Right, It's just I'm not in the mood."I answered.

"Well, if I were you I would go inside so I will feel better."Minhyuk said with a smile.

"I guess you're right, it is a party after all, okay let's go."I said.

As we about to walk Minhyuk said something.

"Don't worry about whatever it is, it will be just fine okay?"

I nodded and just enjoyed the party.

As time passed I didn't realized it was already over,but I did had a great time.

I have arrived at my apartment.

I was at my room, I was eating some ramen while watching some k-dramas, when I heard someone knocking.

I stood up to see who it was, and I was shocked.

"J-Jeongyeon?!?!"

"Hi,Nayeon mind if I stay here for a bit?"
