Years have passed and memories about her first love still linger. Was it totally such a waste to keep on holding on to it? They've contacted, but it rarely happened, only because both girls are busy with their own lives.

As much as Yujin hates that she was left dumbfounded on the day she confessed, she's still whipped for Minjoo. She always has been. The lass had been admiring her from afar. She checks up on her on the daily basis, and thankfully Minjoo replies back. Yujin hasn't been able to bring up the confession back, she was reluctant to get an answer from the older.

Meanwhile, Minjoo also hasn't spoken a word to it but her actions were different. She felt giddier every single day she spent her time video calling the puppy.

'Actions speak louder than words' they say, and Minjoo has been showing it more through her ways but Yujin could never notice it.

Life wasn't in their favor, they slowly became distant towards each other. It's not that they hate one another or lost interest in talking, they just— weren't having enough time with their academics crashing their lives by surprise.

They stopped talking, well— it's more of Yujin, who stopped communicating. She cut off her contacts with the older and just disappeared like a bubble.

Maybe in another world, a different parallel, they're together enjoying their time with each other's company.

In a parallel where they actually end up being together.

Present Time (3 years)

"Ahn Yujin~~" A voice echoed throughout the hallway of the building.

Everyone glared to where that voice came from. It's amazing how everyone knew whose that voice coming from considering the university is big.

Yujin wanted to run away, she already had enough trouble for today. She woke up late and missed one of their classes, her careless running with a morning coffee in her hand resulted in tripping alongside her coffee thrown away.

"Ah, unnie!" before she could even run away she was held back by a certain duck. "What now?" She asks, annoying tone presented.

"Yah~ that's not how you greet your sunbae~"

Yujin scoffs. "For all I know, you need something from me..."

"N-no I don't! Can't I greet my precious hoobae?"

"Since when did you call me hoobae, Yena unnie. We see each other on a daily basis too.."

Yena squints her eyes, she's holding in so bad to smack the younger. "Yujin-ah, you appreciate me as an unnie right?" She pauses, waiting for the younger to respond only for Yujin to meekly nod. "Can I have the number of your friend? The one with the redhead? We didn't really introduce each other, but I had a feeling she wanted to meet me again!" Yena made a fist and bumped the air.

Yujin narrowed her eyes down at the duck and beckoned an X with her arms.

"Totally not happening." She replied, slowly walking away from the lass.

"Hey! Why not?" She pouts. "I just wanna know her, I don't even know her name."

"Exactly."

"What?"

"Exactly why I'm not giving you her number, you don't know each other, heck even her name. Won't it be weird to suddenly get a message from a stranger? What do you think Yuri unnie would feel? Some stalker getting her number all of a sudden?" She quotes.

Yena pouts again, her duck lips showing, she's ready to retaliate the younger's statement only to realize that Yujin does have some point. She doesn't want Yuri to think that she's a stalker or have any bad intentions on her or whatnot.
