Oikawa was watching his team when he gets a text from Sugawara, 'i'm here >:P'

Oikawa gets his stuff and starts heading out until Makki yells, "YO CAPTAIN WHERE YOU GOING."

"Hey Makki, sorry I'm just headed home right now!"

"Awww nooo not yet," Makki runs over to Oikawa and soon the entire team was around him, "We need feedback before you gooo," Makki says, frowning.

"Yeah Captain, we need feedback," Yahaba said, making everyone else agree, even Kyoutani.

Oikawa pulls out his phone to text Sugawara that
he was going to be out a bit late. "Oh.. okay wow you guys have never been like this before well Yahaba you need to be more sure of yourself,,,"

After Oikawa gave feedback on how practice went, he walks out of the gym and all of Aoba Johsai goes back to practice,, or so he thought.

"HI KOU-CHAN," Oikawa shouts out when he sees Sugawara, "Hey Tooru."

Sugawara rushes to Oikawa's side to support him, "How're you?? does it still hurt? do you need to go to the doc-"

"Aww Suga-chan you're so caring,, but I'm alright and where'd you get this car???"

"Ah my parents let me borrow it since I said it was important now let's go."

Sugawara and Oikawa were making their way to the car, with the rest of Aoba Johsai following them, "Guys,, I told you we shouldn't have pried if he hasn't told us yet then it's because he doesn't want us to know."

"Oh come on Mattsun we're all dying to know who it is,,"

"And plus we still haven't even seen his face yet."

Kunimi rolls his eyes, "Guys they haven't even done anything to suggest that they're together, so they might not even be dating,,"

"That IS true, but let's wait a little more."

All the members of Aoba Johsai were about to leave since Oikawa and Sugawara were about to get into the car, but before they knew it, Oikawa gave Sugawara a kiss and whispered some words into his ear.

"Oh my,, CAPTAIN REALLY IS DATING SOMEONE."

"Huh,, I thought he'd date someone on this team not an outsider,," Kunimi mumbled before walking into the gym.

"I can't believe he didn't tell me,," Iwaizumi thought out loud, "Oh come on cheer up Iwa he probably just wanted this to himself."

Iwaizumi nodded and soon all the members of Aoba Johsai were back in the gym.

"Huh you really think they were watching?"

"Well duh I know my team so of course they would."

"Then why'd you kiss me???" Sugawara said, wacking Oikawa on his head again, "Because I love you?"

"Yeah yeah totally not because you wanted to tease your team."

Sugawara interlocks one of his hands into Oikawa's, of course with one on the wheel and they drive home like that.

"Kou-channn be a good wife and make me food pleaseee."

"Oh shut it Tooru what do you think I'm doing right now?"

"Awwe how thoughtful,,"

"Anyways you know what day it is in 4 days right," Oikawa asks, "Of course I do, why?"

Oikawa raises his eyebrows and looks at Sugawara, "Just wondering, do you have anything planned?"

"Tooru even if I did I wouldn't tell you,,"

"Oh come on, pleaseeee"

"No," Sugawara said, entering the living room with plates of food with a side of milk bread for Oikawa.

"YAY milk bread, I love you Kou-chan!"

"Well duh I know that."

They both dug in, finishing their food, once they were done they both go into the restroom to shower. Sugawara was fussing over Oikawa's bruises and knee the entire time, insisting that he should treat them which, he did.

They were both in bed, Sugawara snuggling into Oikawa's side, "So, how was your day Koushi?"

"It was- WAIT you haven't even told me how you got in a fight," Sugawara said, giving the 'setter' pout.

"I will I will, but after you tell me about your day."

"Fine, well I found out my best friend's homophobic,,"

"What? I'm not homophobic how could you ever say that??!"

"Tooru you know who I mean."

"Yeah yeah I know, how'd you figure out?"

Oikawa hugged Sugawara into his chest as he began to speak, "Basically he heard from Tanaka that Hinata and Kageyama were dating and he thought it was weird."

"Wow, we should cancel him, no homophobes near my kou-chan."

"What the hell does cancel even mean??"

"You'd understand if you watch the tiktoks I send you!"

"Oh come on Tooru you send me at least 10, every hour,,, everyday"

"BUT THEY'RE INTERESTING??" Oikawa was looking at Sugawara in disgust, "Don't EVER disrespect my for you page, plus you get COOKING videos."

"Who cooks our desserts Tooru???"

"..."

"You do..."

"Exactly."

"Wait you still haven't told me what happened."

"Oh yeah, so Iwa-chan and I were walking to class but I wanted something from the vending machine and these guys came up behind me and kinda beat me up I guess. I mean I probably did more damage then they did but who knows."

"Man,, why did we have experiences with homophobic people on the same day?"

"I think its cause we're soul mates."

"Oh Tooru stop being cheesy.."

"But it's trueee."

"Tooru, you literally sent an edited picture of yourself with lin-manuel miranda and said ' i lin you <3'"

oh my, hey guys tysm for 1.8k reads and 100+ votes 🥺✨ i honestly didn't expect this story to get any reads but after i finish this story i'll continue on my crossover story with assassination classroom called " his past" it's currently up right now with only 1 chapter out!! not only that but i hope to continue my story about kuroo and oikawa!
