I dont know but I guess we have to go to the river side to see I said with a determined look.

Oh No you dont my parents said as they bragged into my room.

But mom we need to find out where this voice is coming from if we dont we will never know if Megan is still alive.

I will not say this again so you better listen up don't you dare go to the river side if you do there will be a very bad consequence my mom said as she left my room angrily I didn't understand why she was making a big deal out of this is she hiding something I thought to myself.

Please understand were she is coming from the daughter she loved dearly died as she doesnt want to remember my dad said as he too left the room.

I think we should listen to your mom Josh said

We have to go see ya Rosie Crystal said as she left my room.

Later that night,

The stars are shining brightly, the cold wind blows through my window. I suddenly heard a voice saying You will meet me soon.

I looked closely to my window a dark figure with red eyes stared at him and disappeared suddenly I woke up and found that it was a dream.

Ugh its just another dream I said to myself as I wiped the sweat off my forehead.

A moving truck in the near distance came to the house across mine a girl came out of the truck with a man and woman. It was a Saturday and I didn't want to be rude so I decided to bake some cookies and give them a warm welcome.

I rushed downstairs and started the procedure.

What are you doing Rosie my mom said as she watched me over the kitchen counter.

I'm making cookies for the neighbours what's it to you I said coldy

My mom could tell that I was mad at her and just said Ughhh Whatever you kids these days are so disturbing and pushy you still can't go to the river side so dont even try it she said as she walked away furious.

I was still annoyed but I felt guilty but I just brushed it off and continued what I was doing

1 hour later I finished making the cookies and I asked my parents to follow me we walked towards the house I could tell they were very busy but we rang the door bell and a man opened the door and greeted us, I noticed you moving truck so I decided to make some cookies for our new neighbours I said with a pleasant smile. A woman came to the door, Thank you so much dear that's so sweet of you she said with a nice smile. I'm Rebecca and This is my husband Tony we have an 11 year old daughter named Phoebe she said a girl that looked my age appeared she stared at me for a while until I finally said hi she didn't say anything and just hid behind her mom. How bout I help you guys in unpacking you stuff I asked They looked at me in surprise and said Thank you so much we could use a helping hand. Mom, Dad I'll see you later I said as I walked into their house.

Since your a girl you could help Phoebe redecorate her room, Mrs Rebecca said,  I followed Phoebe upstairs her room was so big, bigger than mine. What is your favourite colour? I asked. She didn't reply and just stayed still. Maybe she was an introvert I thought, My favourite colour is White she said nervously, I stood there in shock she sounded just like Megan I just brushed it off and continued what I was doing.
A couple hours later,
Phoebe please tell your friend that she has to go home its getting late.
Mom Nooooo I dont want Rosie to go yet Phoebe said with a sad look on her face as she was coming downstairs with me following her from behind. Mrs Rebecca had a surprised look on her face, Wow you made a friend on the first day that's doesnt happen often.

I will follow her to the door Phoebe said.

Before I continue let me tell you about Phoebe she is my age she loves A good sci-fi movie she is normally shy she is a cancer, she is obsessed with Wattspad novels  but something seems really off she has red eyes but see doesnt have powers I asked her about it she said she has a medical condition that makes her eyes change colour.

I crossed the road with her but something weird happened. Did you miss me? Phoebe said I stared in utter confusion she came closer to me It's me Megan see whispered .
