Chapter 4

Your POV

"Alright. I'm always up for a challenge.", I said. We were both silent for a few seconds until faceless guy said, "I don't remember introducing myself. I apologize. I am Slenderman. The people here call me Slender, you may call me that as well. I am the "Operator" (Marble Hornets reference-) of this place. As I said before, I take certain people in and provide them with supplies and many other things.. as long as they follow the rules." I nodded and responded with, "Could you tell me what the rules are?" 

He nodded then proceeded, "There are 13 rules. One, you may not bring anyone into the mansion without my permission. Two, anything that starts to rot must be thrown out immediately. If I or someone else smells anything rotting, there will be consequences. Three, if you are going out on a killing spree, or going out for a while, I must know. Four, no damage shall be made to this house. Five, if you are going on a killing spree, you can only kill ten people in the same area. Six, if you are caught by anyone, you cannot head straight to the mansion. Seven, do not kill anyone or anything that lives inside the mansion. Eight, if you are ordered to do a chore, you cannot fight over who does it. Nine, if any of my proxies are out on a mission that I assigned them, you cannot distract them." 'These are a lot of rules..', I thought. Slender continued, "Ten, if you break anything of mine, you must inform me of it. If you hide it it'll make it worse. Eleven, no loud music after the children go to sleep. Twelve, do not go into anyone's room without their permission, unless you have a very important reason. And finally, thirteen.. do not cuss around Sally and Lazari. They are the children of the house." I nodded then said, "So it's like a huge family that kills." 

"Yes, that is correct. Anyways I will call E.J. back in here to show you to the kitchen. Dinner will start soon, that's where you will get introduced to everyone.", he said. I nodded then about two minutes later I heard a knock on the door and E.J. came in. "Take them to the dining room. I will be there soon to join everyone.", Slender ordered. "Alright.", E.J. said as he turned around and gestured me to follow. I waved goodbye to Slender and followed E.J. out of the room. He went down the stairs and I followed. He opened a door and I stayed close behind him so anyone that was there couldn't see me. Shy? No. Avoiding conversation? Yes. He sat down on a wooden chair that looked antique and said, "You can sit right here." I sat down on the seat that he pointed to and looked at him. 

 "Who's she?", I heard someone ask. "Her name is Y/n. Slender will be down here soon for dinner and to announce some things..", E.J. replied. Plates that held food were then placed in front of I think everyone. I looked to what had placed them there and there were these black.. tentacles? Something like that. "And here he is.", I heard E.J. whisper. I looked over to the end of the table and saw Slender. I then heard a voice speak out, it was Slender saying, "Hello everyone. I see you've noticed our guest Y/n. They may become a proxy, same rules as always. Now, everyone will introduce themselves, starting with Sally."

Hello everyone! I have came out with the 4th chapter.. Again, I will try and update as soon as I finish the chapter. Updates will definitely not be in order or anything.. but I'll try and post maybe every two or three days... maybe Words: 647
