Milo:

"What are we going 2 do with the human?" My beta asked me.

We're currently in my office.

Normally with humans, we just send them back after all, they're parents could cost us our secret if they look for her.
But I was 2 upset 2 think properly as I told him that she's staying here.

"Why?" He questioned me. "She doesn't belong here + her parents could be out there looking for her"

"I don't care!" I yelled.
My wolf was restless.
My beta could see that as he backed off and closed the door behind him.

*dammit! Where is she!!

Cassy:

As dinner came around, I wandered the halls.
I wanted 2 see what kind of place my mate lived in. So far it was good.

Killing wolves just because they crossed into your land is crazy but I understand it. At least he doesn't kill of humans as well.

Then I see one of the Alpha's family running towards me. It was the girl who got clothes for me earlier.

"Hi" she waved

I instinctively waved back only making her smile.

"What are u doing today?" She asked while linking arms with me.
At first I was reluctant but I soon gave in and linked arms back with her.

"Just looking around" I told her

"Oh." She said then gave off a look that made me think that she was considering something "Would u mind being my friend?" She finally asked.

I gave her a confused look right before I nodded.

"Great!" She exclaimed.

As we were heading down the halls, the girl just smiled while humming a song that I didn't recognize.

"Um" I started only causing her 2 look at me questionably. "What's your name?"

She looked surprised then said, "oh! I'm so sorry, I didn't even introduce myself. My name is Mika."

"That's pretty" I commented

"Thanks but I think your names prettier"

"Really? I think my name's plain"

"That's how I think of my name" she laughed.

I laughed with her until she started speaking again.

"My brother's like the leader of us. Werid isn't it?" She said as she looked like she was considering something.

"Yeah" I said but of corse I knew that she was talking about him as her alpha not a leader.
I would say that she's good at covering up our secret.

"His name is Milo. Weird right" she laughed

I just nodded my head while thinking that his name had a special ring 2 it.

As soon as we reach get another huge door, the room revealed a huge library.

"Wow" I said in amazement.

"I know right. Everyone in our family collects books and we study them"

"That's so cool"

"I know right anyway, is their a book you've been wanting 2 read? I bet we have it."

"Yes actually. I wanna read more about fighting techniques" I admitted.

"Really?" She looked pointedly at me.

"Yes. I've been wanting 2 beat my brother." I silenced as I thought about my poor family. "I want 2 learn as much as I can so that I can see him again."

"I'm sorry that we took u away from your family" she looked a bit upset as she said that. "We will be returning u as soon as Milo gets his head back on straight"

"Thanks"

"Your welcome" she smiled warmly at me.

After hours of reading, Mika suddenly stood up and said, "crap, I'm late"

"Late?" I asked confused.

"For practice. Wanna come" she wiggles her eyebrows at me.

I nodded only wanting 2 come 2 see where the pact battles. Not because of her.
