Y/N lives in a village called Meadowville, just three towns away from the Todoroki Kingdom. She loves adventure, but finds her life in the village to be repetitive and boring, so she goes into the "forbidden forest", not knowing that caves in there, hold dragons.
She finds a cave on the beach with shells around the radius of the cave entrance, gathers them up and the dragon appears, claiming her as his treasure.

Quirk: Water manipulation.
There are quirks, but you choose not to use it, as some people despise people with quirks, so a lot of people keep theirs in hiding (they don't use it).
Kirishima does turn into a half human half dragon, and he can decide how long he wants to stay in that form for as long as he wants or little as he wants.
