A child was walking away from the last foster-care home with everything they own. They don't know why, but it seems that they are special as they can do things or see things no one else can really as it started after losing their aunt, uncle and cousin in a car crush.

It was four years ago and they were in their uncle's car when all of the sudden, they were flipped over and then everything went black fast. Their aunt, uncle and cousin died in the hospital four months later and only they had survived.

They fully had the very worse case ever of the Apathy Syndrome (Kage-ningen-ka) in the history of the discovery of this illness really. They were just asleep for four whole months really and they looked like they were in a coma really.

Apathy Syndrome is a mysterious condition that affects students of Gekkoukan High School and other residents of Tatsumi Port Island. Those suffering from the syndrome will fully suffer from debilitating levels of apathy.

When it strikes, the inflicted will collapse in a heap wherever they happen to be and become unable to move, feed or even care for themselves. They were confused and want to sleep a bit more cause of the Apathy Syndrome really.

Doctor did every test and found a lot of abuses, starvation, mental/emotional abuses and neglection on them making them to pretend it was a babysister who died from heart cancer which works as they were put into a foster-care system until they can find more family members.

Their uncle's own sister, Marjorie 'Marge' Dursley refused to take them in since it's their fault her family is now dead making her to suffer the same illness and died making her dogs to be put down cause of them being breed for dog fighting really.

They went into lots of foster-care homes making them to not like them at all really as they were just a burden to them making them to leave after four years. They're now ten-years-old and living on the streets as they left a letter for the police really.

They take clean cans and use it to cook as some pans and pots that are made for cooking over a fire were thrown out thinking they're of no more use anymore and they took them with a stolen blanket and a giant long pillow from their old foster-care home.

A large tin coffeè can was used for cooking as they have stolen a hand wire saw and saws to have four pieces to sit the pots or pans on to cook as the mushroom soup can was used to hold the kindle of wood much better than a coca cola can would.

Somehow, a hole was there after placing the can to find a good place for it and the cut piece of metal was inside as the can fits perfectly. They removed the cut out piece and saw the can is stuck in the coffeè can good. They went to find kindle.

Water just keeps showing up into their pots or a little bit in the pans making them to wonder what's going on. They even had a coca cola two liter bottle with the bottom removed and a ten folded single cheese cloth on the top with a rubber band to keep it there.

Charcoal was in the bottle first, two layers of sand was the second layer before six layers of pebbles went in then another two layer of sand before six more layers of pebbles was placed as they use it to filter the water, but they know they need UV light.

It's to sterilize the bacteria inside the water, but somehow a flash light with UV light showed up making them to use it to beam it onto the water for ten minutes before they used them to either cook or drink making them to have fresh water daily.

They noticed a school and they signed up to get to a dormitory in high school to get off the street since they don't like it really. They were fourteen-year-olds when they had a dream and they saw a mother protecting her son really.

A black thing was there with a male student of Gekkoukan High School with a inner spirit about to kill the mother making them to shout and a barrier was around the duo making the attack to be stopped as the thing got destroyed.

They even made sure the two had forgot what happened and make it look like they fainted as two more members showed up and really somehow a letter shows up for them making the girl to read and accept since this would work.

They woke up and saw a female snow owl and a very large female snake was near them making them to feel safe with them as the snake shrinks before wrapping around their stomach making them to giggle at the movement really.

The snow owl lands on their right shoulder and starts preening their hair making them to laugh as they pet the two gently. A police officer saw them five mintues later and he calls for a simple truck making them to be sent to the hospital for a quick check-up.

"Do you own the snake or the owl?"

"I woke up and they were there, sirs. I think they took a liking to me really. Can I keep them both, please? Please?" Paperwork and forms were singed to allow them to keep them. They saw a lot of those things like in her dreams and those thingies were weak to a lot of holy stuff and pray breads bracelets.

They kept some on them with a bit of seals to keep them at bay. They saw how Yuki Cross in the manga and anime of Vampire Knight uses their weapon and uses it, but with a blade at the end that has runes on them after looking them up to understand them.

'Those things aren't going to be attacking me or my family really.'
