Chapter 7
Liz and I waited all day for the doctor to tell me that my little angel was out of surgery. While we were waiting everyone came Donald, Samar, Aram, Mr. Cooper, Tom, even Reddington came. The one person who didn't come was my awful ex Nik. Finally the doctor came out around 7 pm and said Adilia had been out of surgery for two hours and has been awake for one hour. When I heard that I asked him why he didn't tell me he said "Really you're going to ask me that after what happened last time." Tom looked at him and said " Can we see her?" At first he hesitated how many people there were,but then he let all of us see her but he said " But Y/N she really needs a liver transplant soon the holes in her liver is getting bigger if she doesn't get a new liver soon we'll lose her. Then he said she had a year before her liver completely failed. After that we went into her room she had the biggest smile she looked at me and said "Mommy I'm so happy to see you, I was so scared I really thought that I was going to die this time" I said baby don't worry mommy won't ever let that happen again ok. Then she said " Please don't get mad at daddy he didn't want me to go there, but he got called in and he couldn't find a sitter for me. So Uncle Drake said to bring me there and they'll watch me. Daddy didn't want to leave me he wanted to spend time with me I swear." Liz looked at her and said " Addy your daddy still shouldn't have left you there, so Auntie Liz and Uncle Tom are going to kick his butt. Then Addy looked at everyone and all of a sudden she got shy and hi. Liz, Tom, and I introduce them to her, and vice versa. And suddenly she looked at Donald and it seemed as if she told him something with her eyes that made him smile.
