A Fresh Start

That day in the medical room-
Kai: How did you know that they are no more?
Avana: When ones teammates die without giving her bit beast's responsibility to her heir or anyone then the beast will leave its blade and find someone whom it trusts the most beside its master. So when they came I knew it.
In Bladebrakers' hotel-
Kai: So the decision is, Avana should join us to the world championship.
Hillary: Yeah she deserves it.
Tyson: We all are voting.
Ray: She's a good player. And its not her fault.
Tyson: She is indeed, she has a lot of energy. Dragoon didn't even stand a chance against her.
Kai: I'll talk to her. And not coming to the party tonight.
Tyson: You shouldn't.
(Both smiles)
At Avana's house, she lives alone her parents died when she was 5-
She was sitting on the terrace-
Kai: Hey.
Avana: Hey. You should be there attending the party.
Kai: I couldn't I don't have a date. Besides you need me.
Avana: Yes I do. Come and sit.
Kai: I have an offer.
Avana: What?
Kai: Wanna complete your journey in the championship?
Avana: Yeah but don't have a tag partner.
Kai: You have me. Join us and compete. What you say?
Avana: I need time Kai.
Kai: You have three days to think.
Avana grabbed his arm lean her head on his shoulder. Kai hold her shoulder and rest his head on hers.
2minutes later-
Avana: I'll be your tag partner in Bladebrakers. I've to move on.
Kai smirks looking at her.
Kai then carries her to her bedroom and laid her on the bed and leaving, but Avana grabbed his arm-
Avana: Please stay.
Kai opened his scarf and jacket and lay beside her and take her in his arms.
Kai and Avana spent the whole night talking then they eventually fall asleep.
