Jane's POV

It's a been a week since Y/N has been gonna and I already miss her. But she'll be back before I know it.

She told me that her and Noah broke up. I feel bad for her I'm just gonna call her.

Y/N- Hello?

Me- Hey! How's California?

Y/N- Omg! Mom it's amazing! Me and dad have bonded so much! And I met a cute guy named Jaeden on the plane long story short we're together now

Me- Woah wait. Back up. You have a new boyfriend?

Y/N- yeah well Noah ended up being gay so we broke up and now he's my gay best friend

Me- oh wow. Well congrats to him. So Jaeden? How is he? Is he nice? He's not a play boy right?

Y/N- What?!  No! He's sweet kind funny And we have alot in common!

Me and Y/N went on talking about it for another 15 minutes then Rafeal came home so I hung up and told her I'll call her another day

"Hey Raf!" "Hi"

"So I was talking to Y/N and she has a new boyfriend! And he lives here in Miami so they don't have to do long distance" "Wow! That's amazing looks like your daughter gets your genes"

"What Genes?" " You know the break up with someone then get with someone 1 hour later"

I looked and him and we both started laughing hysterically

Y/N's POV

I was on FaceTime with Jaeden and we were just talking about random things then I had to go cause my dad had a surprise for me.

Sadie also went home early because of a family emergency

"Hey dad what's up?" " Well I want to take you to y/f/r (your favorite restaurant)" "oh yay let's go!"

Time skip to after dinner

" You know dad I had alot of fun this summer and Ill come visit more often . After all you are my dad and I wanna spend more time with you" " I love that idea alot. I'm sure your mom will be ok with it right?" " Yeah she will she's really nice" "I remember"

I could tell my dad missed my mom alot but she has Rafeal. One day I know my dad will find the one.......
