Jade looked at the little bakery where she was currently working at as she served another customer.
She was not really having the time of her life since she and Beck broke up but she also needed to figure out how to go on normally.
"Shakira what are you doing here?" Jade asked as she saw her sister.
"Came looking for you. How is the working going?"
"Rough. But I need to work so I can at least cover some of the bills. Mom can't do everything. Is everything okay at home?" Jade asked.
"Jade, Mom has cancer and Dad is almost always away," Shakira said as Jade gave her sister a hug before the next person came in.
"I'll see you at home," Jade said.
