It was still raining when Hyunjins mum walked into his room to tell him that dinner is ready. She opened the door and smiled seeing the boys all cuddled up. She took out her phone and took a picture "I wish I had such a friendship when I was younger.. I really hope they stay friends forever" she thought.
She walked to his desk and took a post-it writing "Hey u two, I'll put the dinner in the freezer so don't worry eat something when u wake up ❤️❤️ I'll go to work now, Ily both❤️.
Ps: I put ur laundry in the dryer."
She walked back to the door and put it on it before she quietly left the room again. She send the picture to Jeongins mum telling her Jeongin is staying over.
A few hours passed by and Hyunjins mum was already gone for a while when Hyunjin woke up starting feeling hungry, he had his head on Jeongins chest and his arms around him. He moved away and looked at the younger who opened his eyes a bit "Innie I'm hungry ... can we eat something " Hyunjin whispered and then got an "hmmm" and a nod as answer.
He stood up quickly looking down at the younger. He was full of energy "Come on wake up" he said and Jeongin opened his eyes. Slowly getting up, still really tired. He rubbed his eyes and looked at Hyunjin.
Hyunjin walked to the door and saw the little note his mum left "Oh my mum left dinner for us " he said smiling and then opened the door, he turned his head to Jeongin "and she loves u too" he said making the younger smile who was walking to the door now too.
Both went downstairs and Hyunjin started heating up the food. "you and chin-Hwa seem to be really good friends lately" "hmmm yea he's kind .. u jealous ?" Hyunjin was standing there not facing the younger so the younger couldn't see how hard he was blushing rn "N-NO! Why should I be jealous.. u don't hang out with him that much, like u still need my cuddles" he said and Jeongin nodded looking at Hyunjin "Yea. I do."
After they talked about nonsense for sometimes the food was finally ready so they started eating "Damn your mum never gonna stop cooking like a goddess" Jeongin said and Hyunjin giggled "She's really good at cooking i guess" he said smiling while finishing the meal.
"U wanna go skate tonight ?... We haven't done it in months" Jeongin asks "but we have school tomorrow" "who cares let's skate the night until the sun goes up. U always loved to watch the sunrise" Jeongin said smiling at the older "Ok I'm down."
Both smiled and looked at the clock "12am..." both said at the same time. Jeongin got up and walked to Hyunjin, he just felt a urge to hug him and so he did. Now they were standing there in the kitchen hugging. Both having there eyes closed. It wasn't raining anymore it stopped at least 4hours ago so the streets should be dry again.
After a while of just hugging both went upstairs and changes into some random shirts and pants and threw on a hoodie and their old skate shoes. Jeongin smiled while grabbing a board out of a corner of Hyunjins room , he threw it to Hyunjin and grabbed the one with the hello kitty deck and customized grip tape. Both went outside and started just randomly skating through the streets not caring for anything. Hours went by and they were still outside, skating along a little river, when Jeongin started seeing the sunrise, he stopped and sat down on his board watching the sunrise while Hyunjin sat down next to him doing the same thing.
Everything was so relaxing, the sky turning pink while the boys just sat there watching the sunrise and it's reflection in the water. Hyunjin remembered how the boys always did this in middle school . They slept the whole day after school just to skate at night and watch the sunrise afterwards, then heading back home and getting ready for school. He thought about the moment Jeongin fell down bc of some stupid rocks on the streets. He smiled lightly while looking at the sunrise and than at the younger boy.
