I wake up in a blur by the water.
The last thing I remember is entering the mall and seeing that starnge guy again, could he have something to do with me being here? No, that's crazy, why would her want anything to do with me?

Or maybe he actually does have something to do with this . . . I realize there's a blanket on me and then I realize that I'm under the bridge where I saw him, maybe it was him.
I plan to sit here and wait for him. I plan to confront  him, to ask him why he was so interested in me, he doesn't look familiar, but then again I was gone for five months. He could've moved here in that time. I don't know, these are questions to ask him when he gets here, if he gets here.
I sit here for fifteen minutes, which turn into an hour over time.
As I get up I here footsteps along the dead grass because this is Florida. Shitty Florida.
I turn around to see who it is.
It's him, I'm not sure what this feeling is, excitment but also nervous.
"Who are you?" I demand.
He gives me a look, as if he were reading my mind but also looking straight through me.
"Who are you?" I repeat.
"My name's Adam," He says.
Whoa, that voice, I have to admit that he was hot. Super hot, dark hair, deep voice, eyes so blue that you could almost see through them. I'm getting off track, I have questions to ask.
"Why'd you bring me here; why can't I remember anything after I saw you in the mall yesterday?" I ask.
He gives me a confused look.
"Come On! I know you know something!" I'm nearly shouting now.
He smirks, "Well I brought you here because you have nowhere else to go."
"How'd you know that?" I asked.
"You have that look in your eyes; the look where you've ran away, and you're home isn't that far away from here, I saw you trip, I cleaned that up by the way."
"Okay, and why can't I remember anything else?"
"Most people would say thank you." Adam says.
"Thanks." I say dully.
"There we go" he says "And now for that explanation, you fainted from loss of blood from your wrist and I stitched it up and brought you back here."
"Oh." I say.
"So, what's your name." Adam asked.
I work up the courage to say my name, "Spencer," I say.
