So as Jess and Stella headed into the forest watching the trees and shadows began to gloom over them and whistle a sketchy melody.
"Stella, I've been meaning to ask you, why are you taking me into the forest? I mean I'm 15 and all but still, why?"
"Time will come Jess but you need to be patient were arriving soon. Be careful what you say, remember trust me and only me at first."
Jess stopped and turned on her heel "Stella, how do you expect me to trust you i only just met you and now i have to follow you into the forest for no apparent reason for all i know you'l-" Stella pressed her hand gently over Jess' mouth and mouthed the word shh.
"ereh ma i." "rotisiv a thguorb i" Stella motioned for Jess to follow as she crept silently up to a lit fire. "get yourself warmed up and try not to speak." "eman reh si sseJ" "eno nesohc eht si ehs"
Jess' initial thoughts were that they were crazy, but some strange force made sure she stayed.
Each 'person' had a mask on but they had shadowed bodies so she couldn't see. Some moved silently over towards her trying to grab a hold of her skin. She stood in self defence andbegan karate kicking at them making some fall unconcious. She grabbed at the closest guys mask. It was stuck it wouldn't budge. How? She took a closer look at there bodies, they were animals, but there faces were masks. She glared at Stella innocently.
"It's not what you think i swear, it's just that, um.... well.. it's hard to explain but you have to trust me on this, you are the chosen one the one that will avenge our tribe we have been forgotten and you are the one that is going to help us."
"WHAT ARE YOU RAVING ON ABOUT!!! I'm just a feisty girl with attitude, at least thats what my mum used to say"
"Please stay we need your help." Stella sweapt a mask out of her pocket and transformed into a black horse. "Please but if you don't want to stay i understand but please reconsider."
