MODEL AZALEA SAWYER IS BACK IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA

Just this morning Envy Models Azalea Sawyer made her first appearance in a photoshoot in months! Her most recent was done just a few weeks after she and ex-boyfriend Gordy De St. Jeor broke up. Inside sources had reports of her feeling down and "just not in the mood for the flashing cameras and attention." One source even claimed that Sawyer could not manage to force a smile for a Snapchat picture, much less for a photoshoot. Sawyer later came straight out in an interview and confessed her hatred for the pressure of the industry.
"I'm sure plenty have noticed I've been on a hiatus since Gordy and I broke up," she said, only two months before her reappearance. "I really think it's necessary that I do this for myself, and I should feel comfortable with taking as much time as I need. Heartbreak is something that takes awhile for it to scab over, and if I don't want to immediately pick myself up and force myself back out there with a plastic smile, then I shouldn't feel required to do it. For the most part, my fans and Envy Models have been very supportive of my decision, but the weight of the media is still on my shoulders."
Paparazzi complained multiple times about having to wait outside of Sawyer's house only for her to show.
"We just get paid to take pictures of her," one photographer had said, "and our income is suffering because of her hiatus."
Sawyer only just spoke out about the situation this morning after being chased down by a gang of paps. "I believe that my well being will benefit your income," she had replied. "When I'm not in the state of mind to even come out of my house, don't you think it would be a bad idea for me to have cameras flashing in my face? You would not have gotten paid very well for your efforts when the content you're receiving money for isn't exactly the content your manager is expecting. I was upset. It's normal. You're all free to take as many photos of me as you want now."
Sawyer was also interrogated about her reasoning behind missing photoshoots to which she responded, "I like my shoots to be raw. I like my followers and fans to see the real me. I'm not sad, broken down girl with a permanently crushed heart. I was going through something that had me low, and I didn't want others to me too much in that state. It would make people sad, and my main focus in the industry is to make others smile."
