"That's the ace..." I said with a grin.

Before I knew it, I was completely frozen in shock. Someone grab my wrist and hug me, more like a group hug by now.

My mouth is wide opened as I blush. I cleared my thoughts and try to calm down myself. They all quickly let go.

"Nice, Nice Asahi! You too, Nishinoya!"Sugawara-san said as he pat both of their backs.

"You guys too... Nice toss, Suga. Nice receive, Nishinoya." The ace shyly mutter as he put his right hand behind his neck.

"Asahi's back and on the neighborhood team with the veterans. We'd better step up our game." I heard Daichi-san said.

"What are you saying, Daichi-san?" The bald guy approached Daichi-san.

"We have me on our team"
"We have me on our team"

The tangerine guy exclaimed together with the bald guy. They started a little verbal argument, as I look back at my team.

"I'll save them, one after another, so don't worry about getting blocked." Nishinoya-san proudly exclaimed.

"Come on, he's an ace. Every one of his spikes will score." Sugawara-san said in place of Asahi-san, making the latter smile nervously in return.

*Whistle

It was now my turn to serve. I toss the ball upwards. Tch, that was bad. I jump and spike it. My toss was a little bit off, making my serve not that powerful unlike before. Fortunately, it was able to fly on the other side of the court.

"Ennoshita!" The opponent was able to receive it, yet it was a little far from the setter's position.

"Cover!"

"Right!" Kageyama prepared himself for a toss.

Overall, their receiving needs a lot of work. But the setter was able to discerned the dropping point quickly and without hesitation.

Before I knew it, the ball touched the floor on my right side with a bang. I wasn't even ready to form my arms into a receiving position... A quick attack!?

"Nice, Hinata, Kageyama."

"Thanks!"

"S-sorry.." I mutter as I lower my head, feeling a little disappointed.

"Don't mind." Sugawara-san patted my back and smile.

"I think I wouldn't even manage to receive that as well, despite the number of times I have seen the quick attack of those two." He continued.

"That was amazing, Shoyo! What was that? Did I really just see that?" Nishinoya-san praised the tangerine boy across the court.
He didnt even signal. He didn't vocalize anything, so how..

"Hey why did you jump there shrimpy!?" I heard Boss-kun asked the orange boy.

"Because the toss will come to wherever I jump." He replied.
W-what!?

Clearly, tangerine boy jumped without watching for a toss. Did that blueberry perfectly coordinate with his motion? And how could he be so certain the toss would be there? Who makes a full swing on that alone without looking for the toss at all!?
