TWGL... Its an acronym. An acronym which stands for: Typical. White. Girl. Life. Yup, right now, that's a very big, stereotypical phrase; pointed at "white girls." Its one specific acronym that I'll explain right now...
"Typical White Girl Life." It means going to Starbucks before and after school... Or whenever you have the chance. Pretty much... Just beg for it; have an obsession. The end. Next, one word: Chopoltle. Now, if you don't have the slightest idea of what I'm talking about... It's a Mexican food joint that's wierdly polular, especially in the race of "white girls." Being a "typical white girl" means CRAVING IT. All the time! After that, you just have to own one of these... These small, yet moderately-priced gadgets are a MUST-HAVE in the TWG (typical white girl) world. And these things, by name, are referred to... Apple Products! Period. Then, that leads is into another thing. Two words: Social Media. Now, with this, I don't think much explaining is necessary. (This is mainly where they showcase their "selfie" addiction and get informed on the hottest gossip.) After this, we come to a little something called NETFLIX. Netflix, (in case you hadn't known already,) is a clever organization in which you are able to purchase, rent, or just view the latest T.V. shows and movies that you've been dying to see. With Netflix, you can have it on the go, or "Burito-style" (cuddled up in a fluffy blanket, drinking a hot beverage... Watching T.V) Next, being a TWG would mean, overuse of "hash-tags." (#enoughsiad) Anyway, that leads us to our next acpect of this wildly spreading culture. Its that one word that explains every TWG's dream life... Tumblr. Yes, tblr us another social media site where these teens can showcase their "perfect" selves. By the way, EVERYONE on "Tumblr" is "perfect." In smaller words, the definition of "being tumblr" is having the best taste of things. (To be "tumblr," you must be up-to-date and cool.) For example, you could wear the "trendiest" clothes, have THE CUTEST boyfriend, keeping up with the latest music and videos, and one of the most important, taking high-quality, professional-looking photos. Photography is a HUGE part of being in that "tumblr universe" that most teen girls in this day and age dream to be part of. This an extremely vital detail, if you want to qualify. So, go to picture-perfect scenery, do diys, do up your hair and makeup, pair up with a "bestie," and go do it! Finally, (this ones easy,) be sure to overuse those emojis, the word "bæ," CONSTANTLY quote the movie, "Mean Girls" and song lyrics and all kinds of texting lingo! Plus, even though there are tons more, those are probably the top musts being a "Typical White Girl."
