A Letter to Marie

Dear Marie,

Its me Blane.

I know it's been a while since I left our relationship estranged.

I choose my path, and though you didn't agree,

I HAD to follow my mind for ONCE,

because my feelings sometimes mislead.

Believe me when I tell you,

it was the best and worst decision of my life.

I gained honor and respect

but lost lost my entire quad and potential wife.

I replay 152 reasons of why I should have stayed;

And the answer to it all, leads up to today.

My mission is not complete, so its time to let them be.

I am reborn on this day of resting.
