Minamoto Aki was walking down the street , along with her older brother , Teru , and her younger brother , Kou. As the middle child and the only girl in the family (A/N: yes , Tiara doesn't exist here YET, she wasn't born yet) it was expected that she'll go mad , but she loves her brothers a lot , and trust them. The only time she didn't trust Teru is when he wants to cook. He tried to make a salad, yet he almost burnt the whole kitchen. Kou was a good cook, thought , and Aki enjoyed his food even more them restaurant food.
Aki hummed a tune happily. She was going to meet with one of her best friends, Nene Yashiro , talk to her and hear the latest rumors from Aoi Akane. She was also friends with her brother's friends , often bringing for Teru , and for the other student council members , something to eat or drink , and prepare snacks everytime Kou's friends will come to the Minamoto household. Yes , Minamoto Aki was a nice girl.

She was very interested in apparitions and supernaturals, ever since she was young , because her grandfather, Hiro Minamoto, always told her super interesting stories about them.
Even though she wasn't an exorcist and wasn't training to be one, Hence, she wasn't even aware of her family being a family of exorcists,
she'll help her brothers anytime they'd need her.

She also aspires to become a famous musician , who can play the guitar and sing. Music was her passion. She liked to play her guitar on the school rooftop for no particular reason , she just liked the silence. She'd go there every day , but today Yashiro dragged her along to summon school mystery number 7 - Hanako san of the toilet.
Needless to say, Aki obviously agreed, As she likes this stuff.
She walked along with Nene, listening to her talking about how she likes Teru, her brother. She thought it will be weird but grown to accept it. I mean , you can't control who you love... Right?

We were in the bathroom and Yashiro hesitantly knocked on the door
"Hanako-san , Hanako-san, Hanako-san, are you here?"

Silence.

And then a voice said "behind you"
Aki turned around to be met with a boy with bright amber eyes and choppy dark hair.
The guy eyed her for a moment , before turning his gaze to Nene.
"So, what is your wish?"

"I want the guy I  like to like me back"

Aki was walking with her brother , Teru.  "Teru-nii,  is there a music club here? I'd like to try it" she said , cheerfully
"No , there's no music club, but there are other clubs , you might be interested in , like the cooking club or the broadcasting club! I can arrange you a meeting with Aya or Sakura, if necessary."
"I'd be greatful if you do it , Teru-nii! The broadcasting sounds interesting , what is it about?"
"I don't know , I'll tell Sakura to explain this to you, she's the club president"
Aki nodded , understanding "thank you so much , Teru-nii!"
She hugged him and went to her secret place , also known as the rooftop. Ever since she was young she liked being up high, to see the sky and feel closer to it. It made her feel safe for some reason.
Her brothers made fun of her weird obsession with heights , but this was one of the things that she liked the most about herself.

There she was , standing on the rooftop. With a guitar case on her back. She decided to sit down and play a song.
Today was a happy day.
She met a new friend, Hanako.
At least she'll consider him a friend , since he didn't give her any reason not to.
On the other hand , she was a bit worried about Nene. She said she have to clean the bathroom every day , and even though Aki knew it was something that is related to Hanako, she was still kinda concerned about her friend.
At first , she just played a few tunes just to warm up , and hummed accordingly to the tunes.
After that she began to sing.
About happiness , to be specific. The girl was in a good mood, can you blame her?
But little did she know that to other one, this day is the saddest day.

Every year.
He did this every year , ever since she was gone.
The exact same day, the exact same time , the exact same place.
He didn't know what he was expecting, for her to come back?
No.
This was his way of remember her.
He knew that Amane had forgotten her long ago , so he knew that he's the only one that remembers her.
He climbed out to the rooftop to hear soft melody playing.
He was curious , to say at least , most of the time nobody came up here.
The girl noticed another presence, and turned around.
Tsukasa immediately recognized her.
No , she didn't look the same ,  but he knew that this is her.
He felt the name slipping off his tongue, like a overflowing wave of emotions.
"Y..Yume...?"
