Lucas pov:
I lean on the locker with my arms folded, chatting with Andrew while he brought out his books from his locker.
From the corner of my eyes,I see ivy making her way towards us sort of and I look her direction flashing her a smile and she returns a forced one going the opposite direction much to my disappointment.
"Mate , something wrong ? You look sad and suddenly not interested in the conversation." Andrew closes his locker and we head for class.
"Nothing really just ivy . "
"Yh what about ivy?"he gives me the 'spill' look.
"I'm really bothered, you know I've been making moves and she not having it.
I didn't tell you about the last encounter, I met her at Rennys and tried making an actual conversation.
But she was giving me this annoying one word replies and shutting me down."
Andrew throws back his head in laughter and I'm left confused and wondering what the fuck is funny.
" Never did I think I will be opportuned to see a girl magnet like you getting worked up over a common chick. Chin up mate, this chick will come around." He winks.
" If you say so ." I shrug and we head into the visual arts class.
The teacher ain't here as usual so we just head to the back and sit in our normal spot.
Andrew nudged my side wiggling his eyebrows.
I glare at him raising my eyebrows as well, and he gestures his head towards the left side of the classroom and I turn to find ivy of course.
She has her headset on and all her attention of course is on the sketch book on her desk , sketching whatever.
I look at her , admiring the way she is so focused in her buisness and comfortable in her solitude.
"Take a picture mate, it lasts longer" he hands me his iPhone mocking me of course.
I roll my eyes and give him a light punch on the arm.

IVY's pov:
The visual arts teacher ain't present yet and I'm stuck being bored.
Like a light bulb, two rescue options pop up in my head.
Option one: lay your head on the desk and drift into a cozy daydream.
Option two: put your headset on with the volume to the highest of course, shutting the noise out and focus on sketching the scenario in your head.
I opt for the second, pulling out my headset alongside my sketch book and swinging into action.

The period is finally over and the teacher was yet to be present. Thanks to her we will be lagging behind on our scheme and certainly will be forced to rush things ,I mentally groan.
I check the time and of course it's lunch break.
I pack my sketch books into my bag , leaving my headset on. Of course it's necessary.
I get up and head for the lunch room.
