Who Are You?

Soooooooo Gravity Falls x MHA crossover, I appologize if I make Dipper and Mabel out of charater.

Dipper and Mabel opened up their eyes, only to be ment by a pair of eyes that looked similar to that of Bill Cipher, except the pupils were green. "Hey, are you two okay..? You sorta just.. fell from the ceiling..."

The both of them screamed, scrambling away from him. "Hey, watch out for that-" They crashed into a desk, and the boy in front of them winced slightly. "That sounded painful..." he pulled both of them up, and Dipper pulled away, looking at the boy in shock. Mabel had a similar exepresion. "Huh? You look like you've seen a ghost..." the boy squinted slightly.

"We might as well have.. Bill" Mabel hissed through her braces. The greenette raised a brow slightly, "no, I'm not Bill... My name's Izuku Midoriya, but people usually call me Ciph- oh."

He pointed at Mabel, "so... you're Mabel Pines.." he then turned to Dipper, "and you're Dipper Pines, her twin brother. Am I right?"

They both nodded, and Midoriya hummed, "so. How are you here? You're both from the prequirk era, centuries ago."

"Time travel" They said simply. Midoriya nodded slowly, "I guess that makes sense... but... why?"

"Like we should tell you." Dipper hissed. Midoriya flinched slightly, but said nothing in response. He looked away, "sorry for asking...."

"Uhm, I should probably explain some things, because things are alot different than in your guys' time period..."

So, Midoriya explained quirks to them, as well as heroes and villains, which eventually turned into him fanboying over All Might, the number one hero. "-And he's super strong, and he's fast too!! None of the villains are powerful enough to beat him!! He always saves the day with a fearless smile, it's why he's the number one hero!!! He's so amazing!!! I wanna be a hero like him, who brings hope to the world" his arms waved around in the air, making wild gestures as he spoke. When he finished, he noticed the extremely confused expressions on the Pine Twins' faces. He rubbed the back of his head nervously, "Sorry about that... I have a habit of rambling, especially when it comes to heroes or quirks..."

"I have no idea what anything you just said ment, but okay!" Mabel said, snorting. Dipper seemed to understand better, as he said, "So, what your saying, is that pretty much everybody has weird super powers you call quirks, and there are heroes and villains?"

Midoriya nodded, "well, yeah, basically. There are also vigilantes, who do hero work without a license too, but yeah. Oh, and people sometimes have mutations because of their quirks, like my eyes."

"Soo you aren't Bill?" Mabel questioned, and Midoriya simply nodded. "But then why would people call you Cipher, and more importantly, how do you know who we are?" Dipper asked accusingly.

"Oh, uhm, well I know about you guys because of this..." Midoriya took a book off of his desk, which looked similar to the notebooks that Dipper used to have. "I don't know who wrote it, but in contains information about Weirdmageddon, Gravity Falls, and you two... As for my nickname, it's really just because I write most of my hero analysis in code, so that it doesn't get in the villains' hands. Well, that, and the fact that I'm decent at decoding things.... and because of my quirk..." He mumbled the last bit, in hopes the the Pines wouldn't hear it.

"What do you mean 'because of your quirk'?" Dipper asked suspicously. Midoriya looked away, avoiding eye contact, "uhm... my quirk gives me the same powers as Bill..... I mean, not all... I have blue fire like his, telekinesis, teleportation, levitation, and possesion. Oh! And I can enter people's minds."

Both of the twins stared at Midoriya, a look of shock and confusion upon Mabel's face, and distrust on Dipper's.

"Please don't look at me like that... it makes me nervous..." Midoriya mumbled, standing up. "I uhm... I have to go... M-mom wants me...."

"Don't touch my analysis notebooks... please..."

With that, Midoriya left the bedroom, lightly shutting the door. Leaving the twins in the room.

"Let's look in his notebooks!!"

"Mabel no."

"MABEL YES"

When Midoriya got back to his room, he was met by Mabel, trying to get Dipper to help her decode his notebooks. "he'll probably get upset your looking through his notebooks. He's like Bill, him getting angry wouldn't be good."

Midoriya used his telekinesis to pull the notebookes away from Mabel, and checked for any damage. He always worried that someone would try to ruin his notebooks.

Thankfully, the pages were the same as they usually were, wrinkles from erasing to much and messy codes covered the pages. He hugged them to his chest tightly, an unreadable expression on his face. "Why.... I said not too...." He whispered, his eyes wide as they stared at Mabel.

"I wanted to see what was inside them" Mabel replied, as if it were the most obvious thing.

"I-I told y-you... i-it's all encoded... d-don't do th-that again, p-please.... th-this c-could p-potentially be d-dangerous information... I-I d-don't want a-anyone to get h-hurt because I was c-careless..." He put his notebooks in his bright yellow backpack, out of Mabel's reach.

"Oh, I didn't know that.."
