"Well aren't you just BEAUTIFUL!" The girl exclaimed as she examined a Deadly Nadder that sparked her interest. She awed at the dragon as its head bobbed in appreciation, almost like a bird would. "You would be an amazing dragon to befriend," Her voice lowered at she turned away, sighing in regret. "But no one really will notice me to give me my own saddle to ride you, girl... Sorry..."
Artie walked away from the Nadder, not knowing it was following her footsteps and gawking at her unnatural colored hair, close to resembling the purple scales on its body. Minuets passed before she felt herself bump into something, making her fall onto the dragon's nose with a thud. She patted the Nadders head as she heard, "Oh I am sorry, I really didn't- wait who are you?" The tall boy in leather armor stared at the girl confused, blinking softly as he scanned her body. Her gaze left the Nadders as she looked at the man, a sad expression looming over her face.
"I'm Artie," she started as her scratched the Nadder's sides lovingly, almost as she owned the animal. "Artie the Lonesome, you probably never heard of me... No one has." The man dragged the girl to the arena with a smile on his face, her dragon friend following behind her with a purr.
Her body went limp with confusion as she entered the doors, laying on the ground and being acquainted with a night fury's snout. "Oh hi, Toothless!" She pet the dragon happily as if she new the dragon before, making the man raise a brow at her actions. "You know my dragon?" He lifted her to her feet before looking at the two dragons 'talking' to each other. "No," she laughed before wiping a fake tear, "I can understand them!"
