Louie stared out across the starry night sky. He was thinking quietly to himself as he held on tightly to a small square box in his hand. His heart pounding so hard against his chest and so loud that he didn't hear anyone coming up beside him until the tapped him on the shoulder. He jumped and looked back at his older brother's Huey and Dewey.

"Thought we'd find you up here." Huey said. He sat down and dangled his feet over the edge of the mansion roof.

"We told Webby to meet you down by the gardens." Dewey added, sitting down on the other side of him.

Louie nodded.

Huey noticed he was trembling slightly.

"You that nervous, Lou?" He asked, nudging him playfully in the arm.

"I, I'm a bit nervous. Yeah." Louie answered, truthfully. "W,what if she says no? What if she laughs in my face. What if -."

He stopped when a knot started to form in the pit of his stomach.

Huey and Dewey glanced at each other.

"Listen, Lou," Dewey said, finally. "If I know my best friend, and let's face it, I know her better then anyone if not more so then the two of you, I'd know she'd never laugh in your face." He told him. Louie looked over at him, with a greatful smile, "at least, not directly anyway." He joked. Louie groaned.

"So not helping. Dewford." Louie snapped.

"No, but seriously," Dewey said, quickly, as Huey gave him a sharp look, "Just ask her. You'd be surprised what she'd say." He hinted.

That made Louie's eyes light up.

"R,Really?" He asked.

"Really." Dewey insisted.

Louie looked down towards the garden. He saw Webby waiting nervously by the small Koi pond. It looked like she had gotten all dressed up just for him, and she looked so beautiful in her dark pink, summer time dress, and matching flats. Her signiture pink bow she had ever since they were kids was still tucked in her feathers to keep them out of her eyes.

"O,Okay." He said.

He tucked the small black box inside the pocket of his hoodie and looked up at the sky towards the moon. Huey and Dewey did the same. Louie had wanted to wait until the moon was completely full to do this. Seeing the moon full reminded not just him, but Huey and Dewey as well, of the happiest moment in their lives was when they had their Mom back. Louie had hoped it would be good luck to him tonight.

"We're rooting for you, bro." Huey told him as he walked away from them.

Huey and Dewey watched their little brother climb down the side of the mansion using a ladder, then slowly walk over to Webby.

"You got the stuff?" Huey asked, eagerly, once Louie was out of ear shot.

Dewey ducked out of sight and came back moments later with a box of fireworks.

"Yep." He said, smiling at him. "All we need is -."

"The spark?" Huey asked, his eyes twinkling.

Dewey beamed at him.

Meanwhile...

Louie was slowly and nervously walking up to Webby. She heard him coming and craned her neck to look at him as she dangled her feet over the koi pond.

"Hey." She said as he sat down next to her.

"Hey." Louie replied.

"Dewey said you wanted to see me?" She asked.
