Hard Of Trying poem
No matter how hard it feels
No matter how hard it looks
Every time this game comes it screams at me
These fake smiles; these faces of lies and truth
No matter how hard it keeps coming
These roads, these lies, these truths, when do they end these days of trying these days of lying do; they ever end
These up in-comings of obstacles and labyrinths
These faces of same and different do they say happy things
These faces of same and indifferent do they interpret sad things
These lies and days and years they keep coming but will they ever stop or end
These minutes seconds hours they come but do they ever wonder of ending or stopping
These faces these roads these fake smiles these fake faces do they ever wonder upon the wondering thoughts no matter how hard it seems it never gets good till the last laugh is spoken
No matter how hard it is heard it never gets bad till the first shot is fired
No matter how hard it gets it never seems like a nightmare till reality hits you like a big bucket of cold water thrown at you
Let's see how you feel after this life hits you in the back like a backstabber
Let's see how it feels when you get your face lied to in front of you
Let's see how it's heard when you get shot in your back by the backstabber you lied to and see how it feels
No matter how hard it feels you'll never know how hard it gets till you are in my life
No matter how hard it is you'll never know my pain till your in my place as me let's see what you get when you try living my life
Yeah let's see how hard it gets for you after you try to live life as me
Yeah I said it right here from my heart like a fatal shot right to it
Let's keep doing this till it gets old ...hmm yeah I'd like to know when it'll get old yeah who knows when it'll happen but you'll never know my life my pain till you understand my ways my words and this game I call life
They say keep it real but really only there's a thin line between keeping it real and spitting rhymes that only a rapper would know are real or actually fake
Yeah that's how it goes right from the start till end
Those are my own words, my own rhythm of spitting it out
No matter how hard life is, never give up
No matter how insane it gets, never let go of your sanity
No matter how bad it gets don't let the regret consume you
No matter how good it gets, don't let the best of you have all the credit
No matter how hard life sucks, never go into the roads and thoughts of doing suicide
No matter how real it gets never stop trying
No matter how stupid you think your life is never resort to self-harm
Let's see how good it gets in your life before you resort to self-harm or even suicidal thoughts
Let's see how bad it gets in your life before you give up entirely on everything
Let's see how weird your life gets before your life messes up
Let's see how strange your life seems before you resort to the bad things and drugs
Keep it real
don't ever be fake
that's where your real friends come into play
when you keep it true yeah that's how it is, from start to end
