During training time….
“That was a nice toss Kageyama-Chan!”
“Oi Hinata why is it only Kageyama go a ‘Chan’ in the name?” Noya-san asked.
“Because I like him so much!”
“So you don’t me and my rolling thunder too?”
“Not like that hehehe,”
So that’s what it means. But still I’m not yet comfortable.
“Hey Kageyam-Chan let’s go to the vendo machine for a while!”
“We’re having training you idiot,”
“Please I’m scared of the dark,”
“What?! Are you serious?” Then he made a puppy eyes. “How will you become a man if you’re afraid of the dark scaredy-cat?”
“I’m not scaredy-cat! I-I’ll show you, I’ll come back with no worries! You don’t even have a concerned at me,” he pouted.
“Of course I don’t,” the he walked away. I think I made a wrong answer.
“Hyaaa!!”
“Hinata!”
“I knew it, you’re concerned at me,” then he appear behind the tree.
“Why you!!!” I chase him until we reached the vendo machine.
“Thank you Kageyama-Chan for following me here,” then he laughed. I smacked his head.
“Ouch!”
“Hurry and buy,”
“Hmmm…let see,” I waited but he haven’t chose yet.
“Hurry up!” He jumped up and accidentally pressed a button.
“I don’t want th-wait a minute, look Kageyama-Chan it’s a new drink!”
“Hinata let me ask you something,”
“What is it?”
“Why did you like me?” I’m still not comfortable.
“Well because-“
“Oi Kageyama, Hinata come back and practice,” Ukai-san shouted.
“Yes!”
…
“Kageyama, Hinata, meat buns!”
“Yes!”
When we part our ways only me and Hinata were left together.
“Hinata answer my question lately…at the vendo machine,”
“Hmmm I like you because…you’re cool at playing volleyball!”
“Huh?”
“Look, this is the road to my home, see ya!”
There something strange about Hinata then suddenly my heart starts beating fasts.
While I’m in bed, I was thinking for other reasons why Hinata likes me.
1. I know I’m cool playing volleyball. Check.
2. Maybe because I always smacked his head when he do some crazy things? Nah.
3. Or because I’m a good setter? Maybe.
4. Because we’re always together especially in training? Possibly.
