The Dark meets the light

The honeymoon

-We make it to Hawaii and everything is so gorgeous and I'm so happy to be spending time with Mikoto even though I miss my dear Mason very much but I know Mitsu and Izumo will take care of him-
"I miss Mason very much"I said
"I do too  but I'm here with you and I know he is safe with our friends"Mikoto said
"I know when we land can we at least call him"I said
"Fine but honey this is our time together we just got married"Mikoto said
"I know but you know part of you is missing Mason to"I said
"I do but I know when we get home we will be very excited to see him"Mikoto said
"Fine we don't have to call him"I said
"I'm sorry honey I just don't want you having to worry about our son"Mikoto said
"I know and thank you"I said
"Now let's have some fun before we have to head back home to our friends and wait for our next child to be born"Mikoto said
"Yeah Im just glad we decided to go on our honeymoon now then later"I said
"Me too now let's get this party started"Mikoto said
-We head to the beach house and unpack our bags and head to the beach. Mikoto started drinking for the both of us since I can't but he has a high intolerance  that sometimes he can't get drunk-
~Timeskip to in the morning~
"How do you feel honey"I said
"Like I got stabbed again"Mikoto said
"Hey at least you didn't get drunk"I said
"Yeah but now I wish I did because the headaches still hurt"Mikoto said
"Aww I'm sorry honey you want to go to the beach and take some photos"I said
"Of you of course"Mikoto said
"No of both of us"I said
"Ok well we better get going I have dinner reserved for us"Mikoto said
"Oh really"I said
"Yeah of course I love you and now your my wonderful,beautiful wife"Mikoto said
-I kiss him and he kisses me back-
"Ok let's get going"I said
-We leave and head to the beach and then go to our dinner reservation and I'm dressed like this good thing it wasn't anywhere fancy-

"You look stunning now let's get going"Mikoto said
-We head to the restaurant and we just talk and order our food when we hear a loud bang and Mikoto jumps across the table and covers me-
"Honey are you alright"Mikoto said
"Yeah are you"I said
"Yeah"Mikoto said
"What was that"I said
-Then we hear footsteps-
"Hello Mikoto?"?? said
-Mikoto puts his finger to his lips and tells me to hide-
"We know your here with the dark queen as well"??? said
-I see Mikoto's eyes start glowing red-
"You better come out or we will make this a lot more dangerous then it already is"?? said
"Who are you?"Mikoto said
-I look at him and he puts his finger to his lips-
"You mean you don't know me"?? said
-I grab my makeup mirror out of my purse and try to locate the person and the person looks like this along with some guy-

"No I'm afraid not"Mikoto said
"Well we are the Jungle clan of course"?? said
"Why are you here"Mikoto said
"Why we are here for your newly wed wife"?? said
"Why do you want her"Mikoto said
"Well not me and my friend but my king would like her"?? said
"Not gonna happen"Mikoto said
"Well then if we can't have her then no one can"?? said
-I feel a tug on my hair and the guy grabs me and puts a sword to my throat and the girl points the sword at me-
"Don't you think this is to much"I said
"Oh you finally want to speak now do you"?? said
"Let her go"Mikoto said
"Annabeth do it"?? said
-The girl stabs me and I feel pain in my stomach and I start wincing in pain-
"You tell me what to do and I can make her be in more pain"?? said
"What do you want from her"Mikoto said
"Her power"?? said
-Mikoto starts attacking the girl and the guy starts take me backwards as I bleed from my stomach. Deep inside I start crying knowing that the baby inside me is dead all because these Jungle members stabbed my stomach and caught me because I was vulnerable-
"How did you know who told you"Mikoto said
"Who told me what that your precious wife here was pregnant, oh we had a little birdie on the inside give us some details or should I say an actual bird give us details"?? said
"Why do you want her power"Mikoto said
"It's very powerful and it could help our king if anything needs necessary"?? said
-Mikoto knocks out the girl and the guy drops me on the floor and runs to the girl and Mikoto quickly runs to me and holds my wound-
"Well better luck next time then see you around Mikoto"?? said
-He picks up the girl and they leave in a poof-
"Honey your gonna be ok you'll be fine I'm here now"Mikoto said
-I start sobbing-
"The baby is dead our baby is dead and it's all because of me"I said
"No honey it's not because of you it's because of that jungle guy"Mikoto said
"But honey I was vulnerable I could've defended myself and our baby would've still been alive"I said
-I cry more and Mikoto comforts me and gets out his phone and calls 911 and they take me to a helicopter and mikoto runs to get our stuff and we head back to Japan and go straight to the hospital during this Mikoto calls everyone and tells them on what has occurred and the doctors stitch me back up and told Mikoto I was lucky enough that they didn't stab me enough to cause any damage and that I can still have kids but the baby that was inside of me died in the process they put me to sleep while patching me up and I lay there lying in bed as my friends come to the hospital and my husband holding my hand never wanting to let me go-
-Mikoto's POV-
-I hold Kat's hand never wanting to leave her side again unless knowing she is truly safe. My heart is broken knowing that when my wife wakes up I'm gonna have to tell her the news on what the doctor said I'm just glad it didn't effect her not having more kids so we can try again once she feels better which I know will be awhile since she will be upset that our baby has died because of those dang Jungle guys. Mason and the others have arrived luckily Mason is fast asleep while his mom is in this situation she would not want him to see her like this at anytime of her life-
"Mikoto are you alright how are you feeling"Mitsu said
"Not great my wife is injured only after a day of marriage and we lost our second child"I said
"I'm so sorry Mikoto we wish we were there so we could've saved her"Mitsu said
"Yeah well you guys weren't I thought I could protect my wife and it turns out I can't. I'm a terrible husband if I can't protect my wife then how am I supposed to protect Mason"I said
"Your not a terrible husband those Jungle freaks snuck up behind her and hurt her you couldn't have known they were gonna do that"Mitsu said
"Yeah but now she is hurt and our baby is gone"I said
"And you guys are gonna get through it look Mikoto I know I've never been in your type of situation but Kat went through labor and raising this boy while you were supposedly dead with that type of background I know you two can come through with this heartbreak even more"Mitsu said
"Thanks Mitsu I really needed to hear that right now"I said
"Of course your family to us now"Mitsu said
-I hug her and she hugs me back and now we wait till Kat wakes up from her slumber-
