"YEAH!" I screamed. I opened my window and jumped onto the flat part of my roof so I could start the grill. I helped Angie onto the platform and jumped back in my room for the supplies. I poured the charcoal into the grill and lit it up. I also had a small speaker so I put on some music. We both got the little poker sticks and set some marshmallows on fire to make smores. I heard the music pause from a notification. I was expecting it to be my mom but it wasnt.

"Hi" He said. Fuck. Im already blushing. "um hi" I said shakily. "Ima go on mute real quick. Sorry" He said "uh ok" I smiled. "She really thinks im cute. Shes the cute one. But what do I say? Ok. Dont fuck this up" He was talking to himself. He forgot to hit the mute button. 'Aww hes so cute' I thought. He "unmuted" himself. "Hi again!" I said blushing. "Hey" He was smiling. "Your so cute when you smile" I commented. "Youre cuter though" He comments back. If it was possible I started blushing more. "Hey I hope this doesnt sound creepy but um what state are you in?" He asks. "It doesnt sound creepy. Im in California" His face lit up at my answer. "Me too. Hey um what city?" He asks nervously. "Im in the LA area" I answer. "Hey who are you talking to?" Angie asks. "You wont believe me if I told you. Come here" I told her. She walked up behind me and her face froze. "Is that the guy we were talking about earlier. The one you said was, and I quote "sooo cute" She teased. "Hey! Fuck off! And yes, yes it is" I said. He smiled. "Im in that area too. We should meet up" He said. "Sure. Wanna meet up tonight?" I ask. "Uh yeah. Where at?"He asks a bit surprised. "Umm the Hot Topic by Hollywood High School?" I suggest. "Hell yeah! Thats the best one! See you at 8:00?" He asks. "For damn sure" I smile. He ends the call and I jump back through the window to tell Angie about what happened. "Angie!" I yell. "Where the hell is she?"I think aloud. I walk down the hall into the kitchen. "Bitch! I wanna tell you something!" I yell at the girl in front of me. "Im gonna put some fries into the oven" She says. "Wait. I dont think you should. I have news" I announce. "Ooh! What is it?" She asks eagerly. "Im gonna go see Cam!" I say excitedly. "You are?!" She screeches. "Yes and I need to go get ready I need to be there by 8!" I say and run upstairs, Angie not far behind. I get in my bathroom so I can shower. "HEY HOE IM GONNA SHOWER!" I yell to Angie. I get into the shower and quickly wash my hair. Then I blow dry my hair and go out into my room to pick out what to wear. I end up going with this

Last, I put on some shoes and brush out my hair. I grab my keys, say bye to Angie and start driving to meet Cam at the store. I got there around 7:55 so I chill in my car. I see someone else pull up in the very empty parking lot. My phone chimes so I get out knowing that hes here. I walk over to the car after he gets out. "Hey" I say awkwardly. "Damn. You are cute" He says. I blush and we walk into the shop. First, we look at the wall of t shirts. I bend over and get a (fav singer/rapper) shirt and look at some jewelry. Cam walks over to me and says "Wanna go over to In n Out?" "Sure. Im hungry" I say and laugh. I go and pay for my shirt and put it in my car. Right before I get in the car to drive to In n Out Cam walks over to me and says "I got an uber. Can I come with you?" "Yeah sure get in" I say. We get to the restaurant in seconds. We walk in and order then sit outside. "This was fun. We should do this again" He says. "My moms out of town for a week. Wanna hangout at mine for a bit?" I ask nervously. "Yeah. That would be so fun" He smiles. Soon after random jokes, we finish eating and get into the car. I play some music and we leave. "So is this your car?" He asks. "Yeah. I love it so much. Its actually my dream car" I laugh. We continue laughing and joking until I turn off the car and we walk inside. "HEY BITCH IM HOME!" I yell to Angie. Cam and I go upstairs to my room and I see Angie sitting on the deck making out with her boyfriend. "Do whatever you want just dont fuck in my room or on my deck" I laugh. "Also, Angie this is Cam. Cam this is my best friend Angie" I say. Angie and her boyfriend jump down back into the room and Angie yells "Were going to the kitchen!" "Ok!" I yell back. I sit on the deck and Cam sits down next to me. He lays down on his back and looks at the stars. I put my head on his chest and we look up at the stars. A good 5 minutes pass by and I finally say something. "I have an idea" "What is it?" He asks. "Its a surprise" I laugh. "Ill be right back" I say. I jump into the window and change into jeans and a shirt because it wasnt that cold out. I walk back up and tell Cam to follow me out to the car. "Hey! You two get in the car" I shout at Angie. "Why?" She asks. "Because I wanna take them to the secret spot" I say and smile devilishly. She does the same smile and tells her boyfriend to follow her out to the car. I interlace Cam's fingers with mine and pull him out to the car with me. I unlock it and Cam sits in the passenger while the other two sit in the back. We drive down to mine and Angie's secret spot. I stop the car in a parking lot at Santa Monica beach. This time Cam takes my hand in his and I lead everyone to this spot.
