Rattling Curse

I would lie if i were to say that i did not have the pleasure of our bond. All i want to eat is his soul. Yet, for a thousand years, i've never been so unsure of what i ever want from a human.

The curse is swirling in my veins, and it felt as if, i don't want to be alone, at least, once again.

Pergamum appeared once again in my sight, with his blonde hair tied up on his head, making all the snow falkes float on mid air, not. His eyes since i first met them signaled authority over me. Something i once adorned, but now i despise.

"You smell different now, Michael." Pergamum's intimidating words whispered into my ears, as he glided around me. "You reek in the smell of a male's seed."

I tried not to show any emotion. He was just being obnoxious again, being the fallen being he was. Still, i cannot get him out of my mind.

"I thought he had was his heart desired for. At first, i thought a simple kiss would end this, but even mating seemed not to suffice."

Pergamum stopped swirling around while playing with fragments of snow floating. He paused, as the hems of his cloak touched the dark ground below. I saw him turned a quarter of his face, looking at me.

"Pergamum, i came here since i do not know what else he could be wanting. My Mark seemed to be useless. It has been a thousand years since i was a human being."

"Hush, my child." Pergamum insisted as he glided to me, and gently pressed my lips closed. His eyes seemed deep, and it still, gold in its perfect reflection.

"Dear boy, humans change their minds easily, but never their hearts turn from what it wants. Do not play with what he thinks he wants, but stir the deepest desire of his heart, then stroke the final lash."

For any reason there could be, his words sent a shiver upon my body. Cold sweat dripped down my head, and i felt, somehow, my eyes changed color, and my hands trembling in fear. Fear of something i felt never before.

Or so i thought.

"Michael, just remember, you must not love anyone. My magic is limited to lust. And if you do, you will die, turn to dust, and the person you loved, will turn to what you were once before; a succubus."

Then, the snow started falling down again on the ground in the forest, when Pergamum left.

His warning continued to ring inside my head. The light of the waning moon washed over the place. While walking back, i saw a glitter of fire in the corner of my eyes. When i turned my head towards the direction, it was snapped out.

I walked idly, not minding what could it be.

Or who could it be.
