I've been struggling with my mental health ever since me and Spencer started dating and it was mostly from all the backlash with being gay
And because of it I started self harming and never told anyone because I was ashamed of it (?)
No one expected me to self harm so instead of my arms I did my inner thighs and waist
Anthony found out and told Spencer
But Spencer only posted about it and didn't do much
Idk if that's selfish of me but I feel like if he was gonna tell so many people he should at least help a little
