Ok. I'll ask her out for a concert. No big deal. Just as a friendly gesture. You can do this.
Yukito-san was wandering the halls, trying to work up enough courage to ask Charlotte out. With no knowledge that Kaito had sort of done that the day before, he was hoping to bring Charlotte to a concert; of course only observing from the cameras point of view. That’s what all Vocaloids did, given that they really couldn’t go anywhere in person. They could get pretty close though with a camera; hiding inside the power lines or cables.
After the bell had rung for final dismissal, he turned back and began walking to his locker. I hope Charlotte will accept….
“Oh! Hello, Yukito. Did you get to hear the announcements today? There will be no school tomorrow because of Miku’s concert. I even heard that Kaito is making a special appearance to sing as well.” Charlotte said.
“Oh. That’s cool. Speaking about that though…..I-I was wondering if you would like to go. W-with me, I mean.” Yukito stammered nervously.
“Oh. Uh...That would be…nice.”
“And afterwards, would you like to record a song in my studio? It’s not much, but it has some great mics.”
“That would be nice. Thank you so much for the offer. So I’ll see you tomorrow then?”
“Yep! I can’t wait!”
Charlotte walked off, depixelizing as she went.
Yukito smiled. Well, that went better than I expected.

“Ok. So I have the song list here….ooh! They’re playing Rakshasa and Carcasses! That song is awesome. Have you ever heard it Charlotte?” Yukito said.
“Yeah. I heard it on YouTube once. It is pretty cool, I guess.” Charlotte said.

“Ok, well the concert is about to start. We better find a viewpoint.”
“What about Number 9? That camera seems to be empty, given the light on the side is off.” Charlotte suggested.
“Perfect.”
They took their ‘seats’ and began to watch as the humans filed in. Once every seat was filled in, the cameras turned on and began to record. As the curtains opened, fans began cheering wildly. Song after song was played, and glow stick after glow stick was replaced. Many fun and exciting songs were played, and the audience was getting riled up for the concert finale, which was coming up next.
“So, having fun yet?” Yukito asked.
“Yes, but I haven’t seen Kaito go on yet. Is he ok? Do you think he….glitched? Is that why he hasn’t been on yet?”
Kaito, Kaito, Kaito. That’s all she’s been talking about this whole time. Can’t she just relax and have fun with ME?
“I’m sure he’s fine. Don’t worry about it. Here, I got enough code to work to get you something. Close your eyes! It’s a surprise!” Yukito covered Charlotte’s eyes as he reached behind him to get the flowery bouquet of roses he had spent so much time encoding.
