"The questions are lacking of foundation , repetitive and all the said evidence are mere 'speculations your honor" i said as I was recalling the said events earlier.
"Objection your honor the lawyer is showing a speculations about my client" the lawyer of the other parties said.
Her face is angry but the tone is different. Professional.
"Overruled" the judge said.
So i continue talking.
" Your honor A crime that doesn't have an evidence is a false accusations therefore I conclude that this is defamation your honor"
I heard a lot of whisper in the court so the judge hit his gavel.the judge said silent so the courtroom became one.
"And here is my evidence about the said violation of my client" i said as I opened a video which showing my evidence about defamation to my client.
"Your honor they are accusing my client about something horrible that she cannot do. So here I provide evidence showing that the other parties manipulated all of this with the help of their IT friends."
The judge looked at it as he watched the video.checking the authenticity,relevancy, reliability and prejudicial of the video.
"Hacking the system of my clients company to released a statement on their company about the said of 'destroying their reputation' " i said at itinaas ko ang dalawang kamay by making a sign of (" ) using my fingers.
"by saying a lot of bad and offensive words that the other parties label themselves intentionally . And your honor the other parties stole some classified information about my clients company and yet they are the one who have the guts to sue us." I smirked after that watching the other parties becoming hulked because they are freaking guilty about it.
The judge hit his gavel again so the other parties calmed a bit.
"Again your honor i therefore conclude that the other parties are guilty of the case of defamation under libel and cyber espionage . That all your honor" i said as I bowed a little.
I stated finishing my rebuttal. I was letting the judge to check the video more.
The video contains about the said parties paid people to sabotage the company system or data base for their own gain. Destroying their reputation using my clients company . And libel for intentionally destroying my clients reputation.
I smirked at the lawyer when I saw her staring at me for a bit and i saw her gritting her teeth that I'm sure I'm the only one who saw it.aince the judge is busy checking my evidence.
I tsk when I think of it.people really tend to make their lives harder huh?
Destroying them using my clients company and sabotaging just to gain the sympaty of the people so the sales of the company would lower and suffer bankruptcy.
This is the last day of the rulling of my client.so i put a lot of bullets in my evidence so there's no hole and I'm sure I will win this case it's a piece of cake and it's just a favor so I took the case.
I usually handle a case of murder,rape,etc
But this one is not in my line of work but I handle it because she's a friend of mine.
I got out of the court room since the judge said that man is guilty because of the false accusations and the things they did to my client.
Another day another stress I was about to go to my car in the parking lot when my client stop me from entering my car.
"Attorney can i invite you to my house?we are having a party because we won!!" She smiled ate me
I also smiled at her mejo tagilid kasi kung pupunta ako sa sinasabi nya. I have a lot of case to study! My god! Ang beauty ko. Kakauwi ko lang sa Pilipinas just a week ago and here am I not having a break!
"Ahm I'm really not sure kasi eh, you know kababalik ko lang from states for my masteral and i have a lot of cases to study pa" I smiled at her shyness are visible in my tone.
"Yeah I understand pero parang celebration narin kasi" She said
"Ahm I'll think about it" i said with a finality.
"Pleaseeeeeee Jade azel namn sge na just this one i promise pag bigyan mo na ako sge na?hehe papayag na yan bili na" pag mamaka awa ng nasa harapan ko na ngayon ay hawak na ang pintuan ng kotse ko.i was already inside my car when she said that.
"Tataasan ko yung fee na ibibigay ko sayo bukod pa don ang bayad ko sayo as my lawyer! Gusto mo ngayon na eh bibigay ko na sayo just come with me na kasi" she said again with a pleasing voice.
Dahil mejo lang ah. Mejo muka akong pera i agree on going to her house. She gave a 100 thousand pesos! to go to her house

when suddenly i saw a familiar figure going inside her house!
What the fuck?! Hindi ako pwedeng mag Kamali. Kahit likod ng taong yon kilalang kilala ko! Miski batok nya kilala ko!
I was already panicking because of him Im sure na sya yon!
Kinuha ko tuloy yung cell phone ko at tinawagan si Kirsten yung client slash frenny ko na rin.
"Who's your cousin?"i asked her. Super nervous now.
Because it can't be him! I've known him for years. Hindi nya pwedeng pinsan si Kirsten dahil sa tagal namin ay wala syang naipakilalang ganun!
"Huh?my cousin???? Jade azel adkins Naka ligtaan mo lang ba or hindi mo binasa yung binigay kong invitation?" She said
Dahil sa sinabi nya dali dali kong inopen yung invitation nya na nasa bag ko and there i saw his fucking name!

What the fuck?!! Kirsten last name was Dixon! So they're relatives and yet I didn't know.
"Ano anjan ka pa ba?and papunta ka na ba?pumunta ka ha i already gave you my payment and i want my family to know my lawyer since they have a lot of concerns about the company they actually wanna talk to you talaga eh kahit na noong nasa ibang bansa ka pa" sabi nya pa while I'm here panicking because I'm gonna see him again! But Kirsten spoke again to answer my unsaid question.
"Hindi ka na pwedeng umatras at Pumasok ka na dito sa loob i can see you mustang car in here ok? bye girl" she said in excitement.
Damn! Does she even know? That her cousin cairo and i are together for 6 years?!!
