"Autumn!"I hear a familiar voice call me.

I turn around and saw my best friend running to me. She gave me a tight hug and started telling me everything about her Summer.

Last Summer, my best friend, Kenna, went on a vacation with her boyfriend's family and left me stranded all alone. Kidding, but I was all alone and had literally nobody to talked to other than my other best friends, Bethany and Josh.

"How is Blake?"I ask her about her boyfriend.

She replied with a 'great' before telling me everything about the vacation.

The school bell rang indicating we have to get to class so Kenna and I picked up our pace and went to our first lesson, Mathematics.

Honestly speaking, I'm not even great with Math. All I do is stare at my math teacher while I pretend to write notes in class.

I am that kind of person that doesn't care about her examinations until it's around the corner. It's a cycle and I have no motivation to improve. I guess you can say I am that 'I don't care' type. I never change and I'm currently in the gloomy state of mind.

I reached the classroom in time and found a seat beside Kenna. Everyone in the class was other than Kenna are unknown to me. Well, other than Bridget. The bitch that hates me for 'flirting' with her ex-boyfriend.

One, I don't flirt. Two, she has an ex? Wow, not surprising. She has an 'ex-boyfriend' almost every week. Three, who cares about that ho e.

And then after that, she convinces her group of 'best friends' that I flirted with her ex-boyfriend. Seems stupid but it's true. I simply thought, 'spreading rumours is so twenty ten. Or maybe even in the nineties'.

I didn't realise my Math teacher had entered the classroom and started giving out test papers. He started timing us and as usual I spaced out.

My attention was brought to the door when I heard someone knocking and I was about to get up because I knew it was one of those student leaders calling me to the office. It was usual, Bridget spreading lies and I would have to go to the principal's office.

"Autumn? Why are you standing? Please sit down,"My math teacher whispered.

I looked around and realised Bridget laughing at me. Maybe it's one of her plans. My thoughts were interrupted when someone spoke.

"Sorry, I'm late on the first day. I got stuck in the traffic,"

I turned my attention to the door and my eyes met with the most amazing guy I've ever saw. He had beautiful blue eyes and was smiling at me.

I was about to return the smile when I heard Bridget whisper.

"Oh my god! He's so hot and looks so yummy and did you see that he looked at me like I was his soulmate and he smiled at me oh my god!"She whispered-actually not, she stated loudly.

"I'm not looking at you. I'm looking at the brunette there.."He trailed and everyone just stood up and cheered him and clapped for him.

He, this mystery hot looking guy just slayed Bridget the ho e.

"EVERYONE! GET BACK TO WORK BEFORE I MAKE YOU ALK STAY BACK AND DO TEN TEST PAPERS!"My math teacher suddenly yelled.

Everyone scrambled to their seat and the mystery guy found a seat beside me and started on his work.

Well, the first day isn't that bad...
