"Hey, the gunshot noise didn't come! Neither did the smoke!" noticed Cyborg. Kyra rolled her eyes and said that the gunshot noise was just Madi playing a sound on her phone.
"And the smoke?" asked Raven.
"That's just Jason going crazy with the smoke bombs." It was at that moment they all realised that the ground was rocking side to side and bobbing up and down.
"Madi! Why did you teleport us here?!" Kyra yelled.
Madi just laughed. "And you're supposed to be the reckless one."
"We're on a canoe designed for two people, in the middle of the lake!"
"Uh, dudes, we're tipping," Beast Boy pointed out. And indeed they were.
Kyra sighed. "You can fly." Mutters of 'oh yeah' and 'I remember' overlapped. In a few seconds, the Teen Titans were flying, Madi had disappeared with their bags and Kyra had teleported to the side of the lake.
"Guys...I can't." That was all they heard before the canoe tipped over. With Robin still in it. Beast Boy and Cyborg cracked up laughing while Starfire played fisherman and tried to catch a bird in the lake.
With Raven's help, she finally hauled a disgruntled Robin out of the water and the Titans flew to where Kyra was.
"As you can see, we have a lake," Kyra said.
Robin was wringing out his cape. "Yeah, I got a very good close-up of it."
"Come on, I'll show you the rest of our camp!" The camp leader smiled.
Kyra led the Titans to the Dining Block first. This was where all the superheroes were going to eat. The walls were a clean white colour and stronger than titanium, 'just as a precaution'. It had a high roof and was so big, it could probably fit three Halls Of Justice in it. There were around twenty long, polished wooden tables, sort of like the ones you see at weddings. After that, Kyra guided them to kitchen.
"Every dinner," she explained, "a cabin of superheroes would cook for everyone."
Cyborg started whooping loudly at this news and shouted something about meat. This caused Beast Boy to interfere and led to both of them having a Meat vs Tofu argument.
Robin started to apologise. "Sorry for their behaviour, I understand if you think that-"
Kyra interrupted. "It's fine! This camp is designed for superheroes and we're all specially trained. Anyway, the Teen Titans are my favourite team. If you repeat that, I will deny it."
