I woke up in a big bed I was so confused. I looked up and saw Damian with a towel wrapped around him. My eyes widen. "Morning". Damian said. "Did you just get here"? I asked looking to see what time it was. "No". Damian said. "The bed is cold. Did you not get in"? I asked. "I don't sleep much". Damian said drying his hair. My eyes lingered. No! No! Don't look down! I looked at Damian eyes, they locked with mine. Ok look away! His eyes are fucking beautiful! It's to early for this shit! Damian dropped his towel.

My eyes widen and I got under the cover. Does he not fucking care that I'm here?! With his fucking abs and... Sexy scars and... I'm about to commit die. "You can look now". Damian said. I looked and he was in a red t shirt and black sweat pants. "You can shower I have things in there for you". Damian said. "O-oh thanks". I said. "(Y/n) did you see it"? Damian asked. "I wasn't looking! I promised I didn't see it"! I yelled blushing. "Really it's incredibly noticeable. Do you want to take a closer examination of it"? Damian asked.

"We haven't even been together for a month"! I yelled. "I've seen yours". Damian said. "... We're not talking about what I'm thinking about are we"? I asked. "Probably not". Damian shrugged lifting his shirt to show me his scars. He had slash marks all over his body. I reached my hand out to touch the ones on his chest. "Most of these are from training". Damian said. "Training"? I asked. "I've been training since I was 3". Damian said.

"Born to be a solider". I said to him. "Born to be greater than everyone else... Which I am". Damian said. I rolled my eyes getting up. I grabbed my bag and went to the bathroom. I took a shower 20 minutes later I walked out fully clothed. "Damian I'm going to call a Uber home". I said walking out. He wasn't even in here. I grabbed my phone which was fully charged. I looked and saw 5 missed calls from my parents.

I walked and tried to find him. I went a dining room he was there with Bruce and his brothers. "Good morning". I mumbled. I wasn't use to seeing people this early in the morning. "(Y/n) would yoi kindly eat with us". Bruce asked. "I'm sorry but I really have to go. Damian I'm going to Uber home". I said. "Beloved-". I cut him off. "They don't stay long Damian". I said. "At least eat". Dick said. "It's best if I don't. See you all later I guess". I said. Damian got up and walked with me to the door.

"Can't you just stay here until they leave at least"? Damian asked. "I wish but this is honestly making it worst not better. Besides I'll be fine". I gave him a small smile. He hugged me. "Please don't go". Damian said. My heart almost stopped. I looked up into his eyes. "Titus"! Damian called. Titus ran up to me with puppy eyes and whining nibbling at my hand trying to pull me back into the house.

"God damn you Damian". I said. He gave me a innocent look. "... Will you protect me". I mumbled. "Always". Damian said. "Ok... I'll stay another night". I mumbled. He grabbed me and took me to the dining room. I was blushing. How did I just let him persuade me like that!? "Welcome back"! Dick smiled. Why do I feel like he's the cause of this?

Later on Damian was teaching me how to fight. I was loosing so bad to him... Like I've never lost this bad in a fight. Like he kicked my ass so effortlessly I felt like he was about to yawn. "Why can't I beat you"!? I yelled. "I have 18 years of professional experience over you". Damian said. I sighed. "If anything you're lasting longer than I expected". Damian said. "Is that a compliment"? I asked. "You're intelligent (Y/n), use that to your advantage. In a fight to the death everything goes". Damian said.

I stared at him. "... Who am I fighting to the death"? I mumbled. "Anyone who threatens your life". Damian said. "Oh". I said. "Perhaps this should be it for today... How are your stitches"? Damian asked raises my shirt up. "I'm fine". I said pushing him back. He kissed my forehead. "I know but let me see it". He said. I looked at him, I let him look at my stitches.

"They need to be bandaged again". Damian grabbed my hand and I followed across the room he got a first aid kit. They had a lot of them. Well of course they need a lot. "How long do they usually stay"? Damian asked talking about my parents. "They leave me money then leave after a couple of days". I said. "Well they'll be gone soon then. That's good". Damian said. "... I feel like you're overeating to this situation. What if they don't leave me money"? I asked. "Is money the only thing you care about"? Damian asked.

"No... But I don't want to be homeless". I said. "What about the money I give you"? Damian asked. "... Damian I'm still underage I can't just walk up to my landlord and be like here you go! He's nosey". I said. "You can stay here". Damian said. "No...". I said. "Why not? No one would care. Plus father already thinks you're staying forever". Damian said. "Because it's weird". I said. "Are you really worrying about weirdness when you could possibly be homeless"? Damian asked.

I frowned. "Just promise me that I'll be the first person you go to when you need something". Damian said. "... I honestly rather go to the gang and borrow money. I feel like owing you is worst then them". I said. Damian stared at me. "The gang"? He asked. "I meant a gang". I laughed nervously. He glared at me. My eyes widen. "... You owe a gang"? Damian asked. "Not anymore". I mumbled. "I felt like these bruises weren't from some random strangers". Damian said. I blushed not saying anything. "So what did you give them? Are you really not a virgin"? Damian asked.

"You can't tell when I'm lying can you"? I asked. "I can tell by how you react to the questions I ask you. Like how you're avoiding that question. But I doubt you gave them that. So you let them beat you". Damian said. "Whatever I paid them back so it doesn't matter". I said. Damian had a weird look. "Are you ok"? I asked. "Yes I'm fine, I'm going to Titans tower later you should join me". Damian said. "Alright". I said knowing he was gonna make me anyway.
