I wake up to a empty house, like always. I wonder what is so important at work that Mom and Dad can't even have breakfast with me every once in a while. But this day will be like any other, I wake up to any empty house, come home to an empty house, and eventually fall asleep still in an empty house. It's been like this for as long as I can remember.I had a nanny until I was 13, then i was on my own. I'm not even sure if my parents really live here anymore. All i know is the bills are paid and my credit card is never declined.
I get up to get ready for another Monday. I step into my shower and start to wash my hair. Sometimes I wonder if my parents even wanted me. I mean, ya, they gave me a nice house to live in and a nice car to drive but I'm only 17.
As I step out of the shower, I go to my closet to find clothes for the day. I finally decide on a pair of skinny jeans, flip flops, and a white v-neck. I blow dry my hair and put on little mascara as I realize I'm running late for school. I run out to my car and back out of the drive way.
When I get to school, I go to park in my spot and almost rear end a black BMW. Who would park in my spot? I didn't know anyone had a BMW at this school but me. I circle the lot looking for another spot and find one, too bad it's at the very end. By the time I got to my first class, I'm late. I walk Into Mr. Clarks room and everyone looks at me. "Sorry I'm late Mr.Clark. Some stupid black beamer was in my spot." " It's fine, Please take your seat." On my way to the back of the room, where my seat is, I notice the seat next to me is no longer empty. A boy sits there, blue eyes, brown hair, a smug little smile on his face. He must be new, I think to myself. As I sit down he says, "So you think my black beamer is stupid, Kate". Wait, how did he know my name?
