Jennie's POV

Morning came and it was just 6 a.m. in the morning. For some reason I AM SO NERVOUS, but maybe because of dental procedures. What a nonsense, YOU'RE BRAVE JENNIE AND BEAUTIFUL AND...Oh dear I should get ready before I became late again to my appointment.

After a few minutes, I'm done taking a bath and here's the best thing in the world...choosing clothes.

"Chikin what should I wear today? Please help me. I'm begging you." I said to her via video call.

"Are you going on a date stupid? Just wear casual clothes and breathe." She said annoyingly to me. Tell me again why she's my favorite cousin. What a freak. I shouldn't call this chikin maniac.

"I just want to be presentable noob. I'm hanging up. You're no help. I hate you unnie." I sulkily end the call. I wasted 20 mins just to pick clothes. I'll just use my Celine white shirt with a Denim jacket I think and some pants. I'm not in the mood to pick clothes. And Jisoo unnie is right, I'm not going on a date so why take some time to pick clothes.

After a few minutes, I'm done and ready to drive. I hope there is no such thing as traffic jam in the road.

"Good morning. Am I late?" I greeted shyly to the one in the reception area, Mina. Well that's the name in her name tag.

"Oh hello there Miss Kim. Sit first, I'm afraid Doctor Manoban will be slightly late." She chuckled nervously.

"Don't worry it's still early, I'll just wait here." Hmm maybe I should eat first, but I don't want to stain my mouth grrr. I'll just behave here.

A few minutes later the door swung open and there I saw a goddess. Literally a G O D D E S S. I want to be like that. She's so simple yet very charming. Her husband is so lucky. Someday I'll have someone in my life.

"Miss Kim, Good morning! Sorry for the slight delay. This kid is so lazy to get up and sho—"

"Mom please don't embarrass me!!!" He yelled with pleading eyes. Adorable.

"Are you yelling to your mom Xin?" Doctor Manoban said while glaring. Xin just stop and sit down beside me.

"Sorry for that Miss Kim. I'll just fix the things for your Cleaning and Check-up." I nodded and fix my gaze to Xin.

He's staring within my soul. This kid is creepy. And suddenly He cupped my face and...

"Miss Kim you're like a food." He said while grinning. Wh-what did he say? Am I hearing it right?  I frowned.

"Uhm specifically a mandu HAHAHA Right! A human mandu." He squish my cheeks.

"Hiyy dint di thiiit!!!" (Hey don't do that) Annoying

"Xin OMG what are you doing to Miss Kim." Doctor Manoban said while laughing. I can feel my face burning from embarrassment.

"Mom look! She's like a human mandu." He said still squishing my cheeks.

"HAHAHAHAHA Enough with that but you two are so cute. Anyway let's go Miss Kim. The things are ready." I'm still red because she said we're cute. Well squish me more Xin.

She made me sit on the dental chair, assisting me. I can see her face closely. If I'm the human mandu, she's a human barbie. I composed myself not wanting her to notice that I'm jealous of her physical features. What a good genes they have.

A few minutes later, she's now wearing a white coat, gloves and a face mask. Very simple yet sophisticated.

"So Miss Kim kindly relax and let's get this done, okay?" I'm literally not focusing on what she's saying but I just nodded maybe because I'm nervous.

After checking my mouth and did oral prophylaxis or cleaning, she asked me questions about the pain in my jaw. So I just answered some questions. She said I'll be needing a panoramic x-ray to check if I have impacted third molars. She lead the way to their x-ray room and did her business.

She confirmed that I do have an impacted tooth. So am I undergoing a surgery? Oh My Gosh!

"Miss Kim are you okay?" She asked me with full of concern.
"Aa-Ahh y-yeah so w-when" I cleared my throat first. "When will you remove it?" I said unsure of my words.

"Tomorrow morning sounds good to you?"

"Yeah sure hehehe." I chuckled nervously. Maybe she felt my nervousness so she tapped my shoulder and said "Trust me Miss Kim, I won't let you feel the pain during the surgery." She smiled widely and I found myself smiling also. Maybe I should really trust her.

I paid everything that needs to be paid. But my attention caught Xin pouting so I asked him what's the matter. He's sulking because he is freaking hungry. How cute hahaha

"Xin stop pouting, you look like your Dad. It's not cute, okay?" Doctor Manoban said teasing her son.

"You said I'm handsome because of him." Xin countered.

"Uhm Hey Xin would you like to eat with me downstairs at the café. I'm a bit hungry." I butted in because I'm really hungry and I'm really fond of children.

"Mom please, Miss Mandu is inviting me." He pleads.

"Doctor Manoban don't worry, I'll bring him here in no time." I said grinning.

"Oh what can I do. Just please don't order for him too much. Xin don't be a pig please." She said smiling.

"Moooom!" I dragged him outside while he's shouting.

We opened the door and the aroma of the coffee and some food welcomed us. This is heaven. I'm so hungry.

"Good morning ma'am! What would you like to order?" She said smiling and giving thumbs up to Xin.

"Hmm Xin what do you like? And Miss what would you recommend for a first timer?"

"You should order a lot human mandu, I bet you're rich but I'd like to have some 2 honey glazed doughnuts and 1 vanilla milkshake." He said grinning. And I'm shocked with his words. This kid is really something.

"Ma'am I would recommend for you to try our tuna pesto with garlic bread with the vanilla milkshake." The cashier girl said with Xin putting his thumbs up.

"Well then okay that would be our order." I said giving her my credit card. But she stopped me saying that It's in the house. "Huh is there a promo or something here?" I retrieve my hand with a confused face.
