Chapter 2
"Darling, people are starting to arrive, would you please be able to come down and meet everyone." I looked at the little gold sequenced dress in the mirror which took up most of my wall, the dress cling to my hips, and made my legs look more brown and long then they normally are, yeah mum got this one right, lucky for her.
Before I made my way down to meet the guests, I accepted the fact that my mum wanted me to look at my finest tonight, so I added some of this year's high heels which where chunky as hell. Who was I kidding, if I was going to go out, I may as well go out in style.
Feeling happy with my appearance, I finally decided to make my way down to the party, but before I made my way down the other end of the house, I was greeted by one of the hottest guys, I've ever seen.
And when I say hot I mean hot, his blue eyes where complimented by a black shirt, which fitted in every single way in order to show off his muscular body. His brown hair was styled in a way that made him look like he had just woken up from a long night of sleep, but at the same time it made him look sexy in every way possible. His tall figure make me want to reach out and touch him, even though I knew I couldn't.
After what felt like an hour of checking out this incredibly hot guy from head to toe, I was tuned back into reality as he started to talk to me, saying his name was Jake, but I was out of it as soon as one of those cute boy half smiles took over his face, making me blush a scarlet red.
"sorry, my name is Jessica, it's a pleasure to meet you" taking my hand out for a handshake, but then I realised that only boys do that when they meet each other. Quickly putting my hand back beside me, shit, talk about giving a good first impression.
"Jessica, the pleasure is all mine" Jake said my name in a flirtatious kind of way which again made me blush, but then he took my hand running his hand over it, making me want to move closer to him so I could feel every part of his body. But I knew in the back of my mind that this guy was a player and he also belonged to one of the richest families in the town, which were making an appearance at my house tonight.
Playing hard to get as always, I then made my way towards the stairs but before going down, I turned around to make eye contact with Jake, which made my heart do a flip and a half, as I tried to remember to breathe, so I left him in the middle of the hallway without another word, trying my best not to fall over as I turned around and gave him one of my Grammy award winning smiles.
Walking down the stairs, in my little gold dress, I felt as though the world was at my feet.
