All I can do is sit here and star at his picture. It's been almost three year since i have seen him. Hi, Im Jenna I think i should tell you the story. His name is Justin, when he first moved to Atlanta 5 years? ago he didnt really have any friends, after awhile we became bestfriends. His mom loved me and my parents loved him. I mad a big mistake but he made a worse one. He had held something from me that i see as really important. I confronted him and he told me about how he moved here from Canada to work on his music. Theres more to the story but thats not important. After that we made a promise to tell eachother everything. That was when he told me he would be leaving soon to go on tour. I completely flipped out. I started throwing things at him and saying stuff i regret majorly. After all that i told him to leave, he left, little did i know that was the last time i would see him. I went to his house the next day to apologize but he was gone. Now I sit in my room listening to his music crying myself to sleep. I just want my bestfriend back. Mine and his birthday is on the same day. Every year since we became best friends we would have a birthday party together. Our birthday in a couple days and this is my third birthday party without him, but this one is different. It will be our 16th birthday, gawd i miss him soo much.
"Jenna, theres a package down here for you!" My mom yells. I run down the stairs almost tripping. I get downstairs and open the box. I stand there in awe. There was a note in the box. It said: Hey, Jenna. Your birthdays in a couple day so i hope you like this present.. Happy Birthday(:. The letter wasnt signed off and the package didnt have a return address on it. I look under the note and there lay a 14 karat gold infinity Tiffany necklace. I start to scream.
"Honey, who sent you that?"
"I dont know, I honestly have no clue mom."
I run upstairs and put it one my dresser. I can't imagine who would buy things like this for me.
*-Two Days Later-*
Today is my birthday and Im having a huge party. Right now its 11:30 and I have a hair appointment at 12, spa appointment and 2 and the makeup consulent will be at the venue at 3:30 and the party starts at 4. Im trying to put everything in the truck, Im getting really nervous for this.
"Sweetheart, let's go!" I close the truck bed and hop in the truck. Right when my mom turns the truck on One Time comes on. God please dont do this to me.
*-Four Hours Later-*
Getting ready for this party has been a huge challenge. I've had to be on time to all these appointments, and get to the party before everyone arrived. People are now starting to arrive and Im starting to hypervelilate. My opening outfit will be a huge purple dress then after we eat i will change into the normal shirt yoga pants and uggs. It takes 10 people to help me into my dress.
"You look stunning!" I blush so much.
"Aww thanks dad."
"It's time for your grand enterance."
I try to calm myself down, then i remember my Tiffany necklace. I run over to my suit case and get my necklace and put it on.
I walk out to the dining hall and everyone goes crazy. The first course of our meal is announcesd then the second then the third then the cake. My parent make a toast to me right before i go change. They made me cry so much it was unbelieveable. When they were done making there toast, I got up and made my toast to my parent, for everything they had done for me. It must have been really touching because even the kids from school were tearing up. After everyone eats, while i go change the caterers clear the dance floor. I walk back to the dining hall.
"Jenna,will you go sit in the chair over there?" The DJ says over the mic. What? No one discussed this with me. Isnt it my party? I sit in the chair and someone comes up behind me with a blind fold and puts it over my eyes.
"Okay everyone please be quiet and dont say a word!"
All of the sudden Favorite Girl starts playing. My heart is pounding and the butterflies in my stomach are going crazy. I hear people muffling their scream and that doesnt help my heart pounding at all. I feel someone come up behind me.
"You look amazing!" Someone whispers in my ear. Wait a second, I know that voice. It's...
"JUSTIN!!!!!!" I rip my blind fold off and jump out of the chair. I turn around but he's not there. Whered he go, was i just hearing thing? I start to cry then i feel someone tap my shoulder.
"What?!" I spin around and it's Justin. I run up to him and hug him
"I'm so sorry about everything," I whisper in his ear. We hug for a good five minutes.
"I see you got my present," he said pulling away.
"What are you doing here?"
"Well, my tour is over and I wanted to see my bestfriend on our 16th birthday,"
"I freaking missed you, the day after i flipped out on you I went to your house to apologize but you were gone,"
Music starts playing and we are all having a good time. I havent seen my parents since Justin surprised me. I start to look for my parents, when I turn around Pattie's eyes are red from crying.
"Pattie, whats wrong.?!"
"Jenna, lets go in the other room. It's about your parent," What the hell is going on right now.
