twenty-four: love curses

"cheers!'
everybody stares at yongsun in complete awe after she downed her fourth glass of soju.
as soon as they went back to their hide-out back in the city, yongsun was already killing herself with alcohol. dahee called all of them to drink to unwind, knowing the stress have been getting into them.
they've been comforting the woman starting the last night, but nothing seems to be fine.
one exact month had passed by with no rest for the group, yet the only progress that they have achieved was getting an evidence of the existing TQ group. to sum it up, it was failing as a whole when their identities have been exposed.
now they know that sooner or later, they'll attack them once again.
dahee knew it all why they were failing, and she's sick for the continuous control.
the boys were out for their current schedule outside seoul, they'll be back after midnight as bang-PD have negotiated. right now, only the five ladies were in the large house while yongsun drinks her heart out.
"aigoo." byulyi whispers, taking her second shot, worrying at their leader who had drunken a lot compared to her who is already experienced with these beverages.
"she really lost her mind..." dahee looks at yongsun, glass left hanging in her hand as yongsun chuckled, already out of her mind. "i mean... i've suffered enough..." she hiccups, telling her story within' the four of them without knowing.
sighing, wheein took one whole shot down out of guilt before placing her glass down, deciding to listen to yongsun.
"i can't even spend much time with him-" she hiccuped, only for it to turn in an absurd laughter. "why would he betray me?"
"ah, unnie..." both hyejin and byulyi whispers, unsure if they would still continue listening knowing their leader would only cry. dahee could only listen genuinely, whispering. "it's okay... let her cry her heart out." she finished her drink, puffing her cheeks.
"looks like she's not opening up when sober, so let her release all of it while drunk." dahee told the rest. "they've been together for so long, of course it will hurt." wheein sighed, tilting her head to watch yongsun lying her head on the low table of the living room while grinning to herself.
"i love him... but at the same time- i want to kill him." yongsun murmurs, giggling once more.
but byulyi could only sigh, watching how she laughs while tears leak from her squeezed shut eyes. she then opens her eyes, looking at them. "what are you all doing, not drinking?" yongsun frowned, scoffing. "i can't believe that i'm the only heavy drink- hcgh!" she hiccups.
"here!" she finishes her words, hearing the four of them sigh.
with byulyi being the closest to yongsun, she had no choice but to drink up whenever the leader asks her to. no matter how much they bicker, byulyi will always be weak when it comes to yongsun.
"betrayal really hits hard when it's from someone you've trusted the most." dahee speaks blankly, staring out of the landscape of the house from the window. "i've been through that..." she trails-off. hyejin and wheein then looks at her while the two elder friends were pushing and pulling within' the alcohol.
"mm?" wheein asks out of curiosity.
dahee then snaps her head into the two young ladies, grinning. "you must've been curious of my background, eh?"
