Ch 5: Really Happening

Samantha's POV

         Slowly I walked beside Gabe as everyone focused on the cops outside the house. "w-what..going on.."I asked in a soft tone, scared out of my mind. "hello miss.. we just came to ask you a few questions about your..family" the male cop spoke as I nodded. "um.. let go out back.."I said looking to others behind before saying "you guys go relax..ill be back" I assured them stepping leading way before feeling someone grabbing my hand.

        "Im coming with you.."gabe spoke serious without taking no for answer as the four of us went out to backyard sitting at round table as they pulled out recorder, pen and paper. "sorry for all this and everything that happened.. but we have a few questions about your aunt and uncle" The male officer said as I sigh holding gabe hand sitting back.

        "what else is there to say? from the time they took me in they.. well more my uncle beat me.. molested me.. and injected me with stuff I dont know what" I said recalling memories as tears came to my eyes. "hey mi amor.." gabe whispered feeling his arms wrapping around my body as I leaned into him hating to see all the memories coming back.

        "okay..well one more question.. do you know any places your aunt or uncle would go to beside the home?" the female office asked as I rasied my head in confusion wiping away tear. "w-what? why?"I asked as I seen the look on their face as if they were hiding something.  "well in honesty..your aunt has escaped the authorites.." the woman spoke as I felt my heart drop to my stomach as fear replaced everything in my body now. "what? you guys have to find her?"Gabe said standing up as I could hear anger in his voice.

        "We will.. please sir calm down.. we will contact you when we find her" The two police said as they soon left leaving the two of us in backyard. "g-gabe.. she..she going to find and kill me"I thought as it was the first things running thought my mind. Now the one I used to call me family was going to be coming back and get her revenge.

Gabe's POV

        Just when we thought that everything was going to be calm and we can move on, but of course police had to ruin it. "come on honey, let go get some food and hang out with our friends.."I I said trying to comfort her as I could see the look in her eyes filled with worry and scared. "im not hunugry.."she said as I sighed picking her up and putting her over my shoulder smirking.

        "gabe! put me down!!" she yelled pounding onto my back a bit as I laughed not stopping till we were inside. "no your eating and chilling now" I said not taking no for a answer as others looked at us confused but same time knew this was something normal. "ugh fine but can you let me down.. my side hurting" she whimpered as I frowned putting her down forgetting about her wounds and grabbed her meds handing them to her. "here take.."I said as cole handed glass of water.

        "thanks guys.."she said as I watched her take her meds before she looked up at us making face. "what? stop staring..yall are creeping me out.." she said making us laugh. Yes this all really happened on a normal basis, well minus the physco family members.
