SUMMARY
Zoey Baxter is the youngest daughter of Tanya and Victor Baxter. She's a tomboy and prefers to study over partying. She friendly and accommodating, however, when annoyed or frustrated, she can get a bit sassy and sarcastic.
She has two older siblings, Raven and Cory Baxter. She's very close with her niece and nephew, Nia and Booker, and always have their back.
Her father was named head chef to President Martinez, but she wanted a normal life and didn't want to live in the White House with all the pressure.
During summer break, she moved in with her older sister, Raven, and her kids; Booker and Nia, weeks before Raven's best friend and her son, Chelsea and Levi moved in.
