Chapter 2: Sleepover

Chapter 2:

"Ah?! Living together?! We don't know what that bastard will do to our little baby ah! I disagree!" Everyone was complaining about the marriage and The main Family butler, Albert, just sighed in his heart to see his young master go. "I can't do anything! Even if I want to take it back! I will lose my face ah! Jiang family will ridicule our Xiao Mian more!" Dangui was angry because of his children's complain but he was more angry at himself. "I'll go there now1 I will break this marriage! It will not happen!" Fenghong stood up but his hand was grabbed by Fengmian who looked at him sadly "Fenghong-ge... It is fine! Jiang Lijun is my idol! No need to throw away marriage! I will go there whole heartedly!" Fengmian smiled so brightly that the people who saw his beautiful warm smile would melt.

"Such an angel! Okay but remember if he wrongs you! I will go there to return it more than tenfold or else my surname isn't Wang!" Fenghong hugged Fengmian and sat down feeling his heart black. "Okay okay! Let's stop talking about this. I'm going to go to the company with Weishang and Fenghong!" Dangui stood up and called Albert to call the China branch company for a meeting "Alright, Xiao Mian do what you want. Shirong and mother will go and prepare for dinner." Anxiu kissed Fengmian and went away. Fengmian was bored so he decided to call Alistair and Conan for a facetime "Hello Fengmian! Why did you call?" (speaking in english) Conan and Alistair are Fengmian's best friend while they were students at the University of Oxford. Although contrary to what the Chinese media says about Fengmian, he is actually highly regarded in England, a young prodigy who went to university at an early age but since he didn't want recognition, it was kept as a secret by the University students, the royal family and the Wang Family.

Fengmian:"It's nothing, I was just bored... what are you guys doing?"

Conan:"Oh, father is having me meet the company managers so that the formalities are done"

Fengmian:"How about you Alistair? Is the entertainment industry too busy for you? I saw your movie last week!"

Conan:"oh yes! I saw it too! You were incredible Alistair! My best friend is a superstar now! Wow"

Alistair:"haha, thank you. Honestly it's awesome. I'm getting so many film offers that I don't know which one to choose!"

Fengmian:"I wish as handsome as you Alistair. I'd probably have a chance with my idol"

Alistair:"You silly goose, you don't need my handsomeness! You're already cute"

Conan:"And very feminine to boost"

Fengmian:"What's there to boost?! I'm a man; I don't want to be called feminine and cute!"

Conan:"Being angry makes you cuter"

Fengmian:"humph!"

Alistair:"Who needs Jiang Lijun when you can have me?"

Fengmian:"Alistair, Jiang Lijun is like my first love! Besides, I'm getting married to him in 3 weeks!"

Conan and Alistair:"WHAT?!"

Alistair:"Wait, why haven't we heard about this?"

Fengmian:"I just heard it from a while ago! Incredible isn't it?!"

Conan:"Man, I salute your luck. Oh hey, I'm actually going to China with my father for business! We'll be staying for a month. I might as well visit!"

Alistair:"I also have an offer for shooting a movie there in China. I'll accept that so that we can all go together and hang out"

Fengmian: "That's nice! I missed you guys! Text me when you guys are coming!"

Conan:"Oh I'll be coming tomorrow. See you tomorrow Fengmian!"

Alistair:"I'll be late but I'll visit you soon too. Take care of yourself there. I can't bear to see you hurt"

Fengmian:"Alright Alistair, you have to take care of yourself too! You overexert yourself sometimes"

Conan:"You too lovebirds are keeping me out! I'm gonna go!"

Everyone dropped their call and Fengmian smiled widely from the luck he has. He can't wait to see his best friend tomorrow! "Mom, I'll help you out in the kitchen!"

It was the next day and Conan tested Fengmian to come to the airport. Fengmian arrived at the airport and noticed everyone staring at him which made him uncomfortable but it didn't last long since he saw Conan walking towards him. Fengmian noticed the people staring at Conan who was tall and handsome with a gentle aura around him which made him approachable "Fengmian! Nice to finally see you here!" Fengmian and Conan hugged each other for a while before letting go "Speak in Chinese, we can't be speaking in English all the time here you know." They started walking out of the airport and went to Conan's Limousine "Alright, so what's the news Fengmian?! How come you're getting married?" Fengmian explained to Conan on what happened yesterday and Conan can't help but laugh "What's so funny?" Fengmian was curious to know what Conan found funny with his story, "your luck is very unbelievable! So surprising!"

Conan and Fengmian arrived at the Brown family villa "Come on! Why don't you sleep over here tonight? Let's go out the next day" Fengmian agreed and called Fenhong to tell them about the sleep over "Alright, greet Conan for me" Fengmian hang up and chatted with Conan "Fengmian, Why are you still attending University here? You've already finished courses in England." Conan looked at Fengmian with curiosity and slowly sipped his coffee "Well, Do you have weibo?" Conan shook his head and asked what weibo was "Weibo is our social platform. You should have one. I'll follow you." Conan got a weibo account and fengmian taught him how to use it. "So what's up with this?" Conan wasn't impatient but he wondered why social platforms have anything to do with Fengmian going to university "My reputation here isn't good. My main account in weibo made by my family is filled with angry comments about me." Conan checked Fengmian's main account and saw the comments that made him feel angry "If this people know how smart and talented you are! They wouldn't be saying this" Fengmian laughed and patted his shoulder "Weibo is important here for news! Some believe the articles and news here so until it's cleared, they will believe it" Conan shook his head and looked at the phone weirdly "why are they calling you ugly?! You know how much of a goddess you are?!" Fengmian blushed at what Conan said and pouted "It's because they haven't seen me yet. This is good. I want to keep a low profile!" Conan rolled his eyes and understood "You have always liked staying low. Not being in the center of their eyes" Conan stood up and went to his bed while Fengmian just played with his phone until the dinner is ready.

"Wow, chinese food. They look so good!" Conan started eating and quickly finished his bowl of rice. "Slow down Conan, you might choke! It's like you've been starved!" Conan looked at Fengmian and smiled "You know that chinese food is best eaten on their country! Chinese food in England is good but it's better here!" Fengmian shrugged and slowly ate the food as he watched Conan gulp down his food. After eating, Fengmian went to the guest room that was prepared and took a quick bath. He laid down on the bed and looked at Jiang Lijun's weibo account. "I can't belive I'm getting married to him!" Fengmian rolled on the bed excitedly and fell asleep.
