went back home, Alison was already there. " hi babe, how was your day?" Alison asked.
" My day, was fine. I got Hanna and Aria to forgive us, well, actually they weren't that angry. they understood."
Alison stepped towards Emily and gave her a kiss on her forehead. " that's great" she said. Her eyes looked away for a second, like she was thinking about something, they went back to Emily's eyes. " and what about Spencer?"
" I believe Spencer is gonna be a little bit harder to convince. Maybe she needs time and she'll come around herself. Let's not push her." Emily replied with a soft voice.
Alison stepped towards her drawer and took out her favorite photo. a picture of her and the girls, all together. When they were still in high school. They looked so happy, smiling. she could remember it as if it was yesterday.
" remember how happy we were, and how simple things were?" Ali said while she stared at the picture.
" it was a nice time, but now I have you. something I didn't have back than." Emily walked towards her, took the picture out of Ali's hands, putted it back in the drawer and took Ali's hands.
" you know I'm not a mind reader, but I can tell if something's up with you, so tell me, what's wrong?"
" I didn't get the job." she said with sad eyes, and her head looking down.
Emily putted her hand on Ali's head " I know you really wanted it, but if you didn't get it. just think about all the talent that they'll be missing"
Emily was able to get a little smile from her.
" you're one of a kind. And you know that, you can do anything" Emily said with that look that said *I'm so in love*
" I'm sure I can do anything, as long as you are with me, I'll be fine." she replied.
Emily stared for awhile at Alison, she couldn't believe she was with her. it was incredible. All the thoughts about how insecure she felt when they were still in high school, all the insecurity about her love for Ali. She never thought she would end up with her, but she did, and she couldn't be happier.
Alison was about to go refresh in the bathroom, But Emily pulled her back by her hand.
" I love you." She whispered to Ali.
Alison stared for awhile but than kissed Emily on the mouth and said
" I love you too."
